Easy secure underground parking, clean and modern rooms with a big smart tv in the lounge and a small one in the bedroom (single room apartment). Pool was very clean with a nice BBQ area l, toilet, showers, change room. Very close to town, maybe an 8 minute walk straight down the main road. Really good location and few minute walk to the beach as well. Definitely recommend and will stay again

I was in a top floor so a few flights of stairs from the parking garage. Not a concern, I enjoyed the exercise but my dodgy knee said no thank you by the end of it 🤣

Loved be such a quick walk into town and down to the beach, we hardly used our car once there

Curtains and blinds are a bit dated and worn out and grotty, all the taps in the room are loose the room could do with a little maintenance and renovating but still very lovely

Lighting in the place could be better

We arrived after 4pm in 32degrees to find the air conditioning not working, no stalk, and a note that a call out fee of $100 would apply. I tried calling and messaging next day but got no reply. Fortunately found a guy in the garage who reset the aircon The table was so dirty or sticky that things actually stuck to it We were advised that bedding for the sofa bed would be an extra $51. It was not provided however

Our apartment was spacious for the 2 of us. It had toaster, coffee maker, kettle and a few cooking impliments (which we didn't use), so everything that we needed for our stay. The ice cubes were ready frozen (nice touch), and beach towels provided. The location is about a 10-12 min walk to the centre, so close enough, but not to near to be noisy. Lovely planting which gave privacy and a lovely tropical feel.

I liked the location of the crest. The apartments were clean and were stocked with amenities

The bed was uncomfortable and the appliances they had such as kettle, microwave are very old and need to be updated

The unit was advertised as ground floor wheelchair accessible. there were two flights of stairs to access the unit from the car park and no lift or assistance. nothing about the unit was wheelchair/disability friendly. I also checked this by email prior to stay informing Crest of my inability to negotiate stairs and was told it was ground floor but no mention of the stairs to access. very upsetting It needed a good clean the fans were really dirty and it sounded like there were a herd of elephants in the rooms above. Foxtel wasn’t working and it was much further from the beach than advertised. it was really disappointing
