Staff behaviour was good.

Stay was good but needs to improve the facilities. There was no dental kit and shaving kit in the room, the provide or chargeable basis. No comb, TV remote was there but there was no set up box for channels . Pillow cover was dirty, Only one milk pouch was there. Only limited food options are there with average taste.

Bathrooms werenot clean. Did not provide qny towep, soap, toothbrush while stay. From inside vibe of the place was not good. Lifts were not working properly. Even taps were not working properly.

It was just a last minute bkg and we booked a Double room via bookings.com. It was for a late check-in and upon check-in we were informed we bkd a twin but since they have availability for DBL they'll change our room to standard dbl, we didn't argue. Room service ends at 10:30. We were told outside food is allowed but the delivery person was sent back and we requested him to return and my husband had to go till parking from the 2nd floor, to collect the order. The rooms are Small in size, they are quite dated with stains on full view mirror and bathroom.. We asked for smoking room and were given a room marked smoking with no ventilation in place neither any window you could open. It's advisable to take B&B if the difference costs less ₹350 per person coz otherwise food is expensive.

There is a lot of scope for improvement. It is mainly focussing on Couple friendly part but not every married couple would like the vibes.

The facility seems to be an old one. Could have been more comfortable. Not as per past Ginger standards.

Most pathetic service, reception, food, not provided room heater in winter, compare to other hotels by looking at the service, rate are very high
