Great attention to guest's . we had a junior suite. great value for money. The older lady that was in charge of breakfast for most of our weeks stay was incredible & I told her so. When she was not there, not so good. Alec on the desks more than helpful. A great stay.....loved it.

Bathroom lighting is a problem in most hotels. lights nead to be facing you, not overhead, It applies to men as well as women

Great Hotel combining both beach and Sitges centre.

the bath was amazing ! the staff were super nice and the bed was super comfy. Only stayed for one night and my partner and I were sad to leave.

We liked the location and the sky pool/bar view. The staff theoughout were very friendly and they let us have a one hour later checkout.

This hotel had seen better days and needs some refreshment. The edges and corners in the bathrooms were dirty. The walls in the shower of the spa had some brown residue that could easily be cleaned off. There was a broken towel hook barely hanging in our bathroom. The handle on the closet door had a bad repair job. I was wondering why my bed was so wobbly for the two nights i was there and on the last morning when I checked between the beds for any of my items I saw that there was a corner leg broken! Outside the elevator on our floor there was some leftover tape marks on the carpet. Basically, the materials and finishings are very used up and bad quality. This hotel seems to sell itself as modern and 4 star but this was true when it first opened. Now it is more like an american highway motel. Again, super friendly staff but maybe they need more budget for repairs.

Location was good and staff were helpful and polite during every interaction.

Would have liked a balcony, didn’t realise how much we would miss not having one.

the bathroom in the room had a few small issues: extremely difficult to regulate the water temperature in the shower, shower and sink handles are a bit lose..

They upgraded us to a suite. It was fabulous.

the staff at the sky bar are not as friendly and helpful as in the rest of the hotel. the rooms are starting to look a bit tired in places - could do with a refresh.
