Appartamento n.4 vetusto. Inoltre il balcone è ricavato in mezzo ad alti muri e non è utilizzabile (quasi non si vede il cielo e non arriva luce)
Odore sgradevole in bagno.
Atmosfera generale ostello della gioventù ma con prezzi da hotel.
Ma soprattutto : totale assenza di personale, tutto viene fatto attraverso (numerosi) messaggi e in caso di bisogno non si riesce a parlare con nessuno. Ho avuto problemi con i lockers per bagagli, ho chiesto aiuto attraverso là chat ma purtroppo a rispondere è un pc e non sono riuscita a risolvere il mio problema, oltre aver perso molto tempo.

location is great, very walkable. delicious brunch spot right next door. balcony is a good size, view is nice, area not too noisy.
the walls between rooms are very thin, I could hear and feel my neighbor's every footsteps. luckily there was only someone next door for 1 day.

check in was a little hard as there were no staff on the premises but nothing apart from that

I really liked how clean and nice were apartments. the design of room was really nice. Also, Numa had some small presents for us which was cute. they paid attention to details and it was so good experiance. Also to mentioned the perfect location of the apartman, which is a few seconds away from Girona metro station.
Don’t have anything that I didn’t liked.

the decor was nice, location was great and the terrace.
there was not ventilation and it was very damp and smelt. the safe kept not opening so we had to keep organizing with a technician to reopen it which caused us to stay in on our last night. super disappointing!

The place is very easy to access, has lots of shops around, is well located and it is beautifully decorated. The support staff is amazing, we contacted them for a couple of minor issues and they immediately wrote back and sorted everything out. I loved the balcony and the fact that it is generally pretty quiet. I also loved the fact that it has a kettle, a desk and a nice bathroom! They also had supplies of coffee/tea available, so you were quite independent for almost everything (could leave your bags in a locker, the room has access through a code, etc.)
If the neighbours are a bit loud you are bound to hear them.

no service, no breakfast, no reception....just a pw to enter and you get your room, which is quite large, clean and comfy. You may have a good breakfast at the café next door (only negative point is 9 am opening time). For a short stay it is a good solution but....watch out the price!!

- Great location 10mins by foot from Paseo de Gracia main shopping street.
- The bed was great quality, got very good sleep.
- Room was way smaller than on pictures (it just had a very long corridor of useless space)
- Room smelled humid the entire stay
- No lock from the inside of the bedroom door
- You could feel the floor vibrate when other guests walked in the rooms next door
- Mirror in the bedroom was very poorly cleaned, you could see all the marks

Location
The “breakfast” is a carton box with a tiny yoghurt or a tiny roll with a separate tiny piece of cheese. And a small banana. That’s not a breakfast.
The room was cleaned during my stay. There is no wardrobe, nothing to hand trousers/shirts properly. And there is no reception or anyone around. Just WhatsApp contact.

small room, and they don’t clean it unless you book for more than 8 nights. I booked for 5 nights. I find that stupid and not proportional to the price I payed to reserve it. not gonna return to this place. cleanliness is key.

The room was lovely with a nice balcony for having breakfast. It was in a great location, walkable to many attractions throughout the city. The pre-arrival information was very useful and remote check-in was really simple, and the pin code door system made it feel very secure.
The breakfast boxes were very basic and a bit on the expensive side. You're probably better going to one of the many cafes in the city for a nice pastry and coffee.

Thé cleaners weren’t nice and no one came to clean our room and change our bed sheets and pillow cases. There were 2 pillows per bed and it wasn’t enough to have a good sleep. 4 nights sleeping wasn’t very comfortable!

Very comfortable bed, the room size is big enough for a comfortable stay, the bathroom was incredible.
The amenities look as new, great quality toiletries, beautiful decor. The construction outdoors was not noisy at all, not a complication.
I liked the self service check in, they allowed for an early check in which was very useful and the lockers for storing your suitcase.
No way to lock the room from the inside was concerning. I could hear the upstairs person walking around the place at 5am very loudly. The room does shake a bit because of the metro but nothing crazy.

The room is complet with tv, mini fridge, coffee machine, water heater and a good bathroom. Points to the shared kitchen and living room outside.
It was difficult to use the lockers, because most of the lockers available wouldn't really lock the door. Some people even left their things inside without locking it up. Aside that, the check in is so easy and the room is great.
