Frühstück war für den Preis angemessen.

Rührei bzw. Spiegeleier hätten heißer sein können. Eine Wärmeplatte wäre nicht schlecht.

Totul a fost minunat! Resortul este amplasat lângă un centru comercial, in fața caruia exista statie de autobuz care ne-a conectat cu toate atractiile orașului. Personalul din recepție a fost de ajutor si a răspuns prompt tuturor solicitarilor. Am solicitat transfer de la si catre aeroport. De asemenea ne-au ajutat cu informații de fiecare dată. Se comunica excelent in limba engleza. Curățenia a fost ireproșabilă, zilnic ni s-au schimbat prosoapele. Serviciile de spa au fost incluse in costul cazării, am primit prosoape si halate de fiecare dată si era deschis până la ora 23:00, lucru care ne-a ajutat la relaxare după fiecare zi de vizitat. Micul dejun a fost inclus si a fost foarte diversificat, cafeaua este bună Spațiile exterioare sunt foarte bine ingrijite, cuprind o grădină cu multe plante mediteraneene, un loc de joacă pentru copii, aproape ca un mini parc de distracții, copilul nostru s-a jucat zilnic acolo Restaurantul este mare, se servesc multe feluri de mâncare, exista o fabrică de bere in resort, astfel încât berea are un preț mic si este proaspătă. Seara există si program artistic Repet, totul a fost minunat, sigur vom reveni!

Very good hotel, very nice and kind staff. The food was delicious and full of choices. The room was clean and beautiful with a pool view. We loved the indoor pool. Clean and large enough. I would definitely come again 😀

Es un resort muy grande y las instalaciones están muy bien. La piscina y el spa genial para desconectar y descansar. El restaurante esta abierto con un amplio horario y los precios son muy correctos. Si viajas con coche, este es tu hotel.

El desayuno podria mejorar. Incluir té, por ejemplo y más fruta

Close to the airport (in an industrial area and bumpy roads). We enjoyed a good dinner and nice Spa. Perfect end of an Albania journey.

I loved everything basically. Amazing experience. Nice prices, excellent coffee and breakfast. I’m 99% satisfied.

The water from the shower head didn’t really come through and it took quite a while to take a shower.

The room was prefect and big. The bed was comfortable. The waitress who did the coffee in the morning was lovely full of smiles and very friendly.

Breakfast was cold. Reception took passport when we arrived and didn't give back in the morning when we left. Didnt even say sorry when we went to pick it up. The staff at the front desk in morning was not that friendly.

Really nice hotell with excellent staff the reception staff were always available and were cheerful and helpful In the morning i get helped from Orgesi ,who work with te stela tours services.. He explained and helped me how to go and travel and visit different places. And he also showed me around in the brewery. The spa is also very well and i also enjoyed a good massage treatment. Some other guest told me that they have visit a lot of hotells in albania in this are the best resort. the restaurant have q good varied menu and the Albanian people who visit the restaurant oftently was happy and celebrated birtday and so. When i was in tirana and talked with people evryone knows te stela ,so i think the hotel have a good reputation. All people on te stela resort whould like to give you a fantastic visit

Been coming here for years love the place fantastic pool inside and out gym Spa every thing you need . Reception staff are the best they cant do enough for you .

I used to tell people this place had the best menu in albania .But sadly the menu has shrunk and they never have what you order the last two times I've walked out and eaten else where its such a shame . Also the chios are not cooked they come out white and soft not brown and crispy how hard is it fry potatoes . Lazy ignorant bar Man if waitors are busy I allways go to bar and order I sit right at side of the bar . Friday night no waiter in sight I went to the bar and ordedered two beers . The bar man snapped get a waiter I said they are busy he shrugged his shoulders and turned his back on me and walked of . Never have I seen such behavour by staff at this hotel or any where in albania . I watched him for next 2 nights he spent more time on his phone glasses and bottles were allowed to pile up on bar making it look very untidy . As a previous night club and bar owner i can safely say this lads not fit to serve behind a bar or serve the public SHOCKING NO DRINKS OR SNACKS IN THE MINI BAR VERY DISSAPOINTING

It used to be one of the best hotels in Tirana, and it is still is. I haven't been here for 3 years, and luckily I have noticed some positive changes such as refined choise of food for breakfast, some enterieur changes which positively surprised me .Comfy beds, freshly washed and soft bedsheets...

As someone who works in travel, I had very high expectations for my arrival, had read lots of reviews and looked over many pictures, I emailed the property in advance about my needs. Everything was met to perfection, nothing was a problem for the staff on reception, I was picked up from the airport by shuttle from the front door with no hassle, my room was clean and quiet with a good view just as requested, the spa was gorgeous, breakfast was lovely and the pool and bar area were great! I used the gym, all of the facilities and for the price I paid I would certainly recommend. It was my first time visiting Albania and I will return, definately to this resort! I would personally like to recognise and give thanks to the bar staff member that looked after us (young man with a cross tattoo behind his ear) we will be back for his hospitality alone, an asset to your hotel!

We were looking for somewhere to finish our three-week trip in the Western Balkans that would let the kids unwind with hopefully a pool. Te Stela fit the bill and we found the value to be really good. The front desk staff, in particular, were exceptional, very attentive and helpful. Our room was great and the dining room had really nice food for lunch and dinner.

I get the feeling the resort wasn't fully operational, so I'm sure it's better in high season. The property was under renovation when we arrived, and we weren't really informed of that prior to coming. Breakfast was cold one morning when the staff forgot to put on the warmers. We were really happy we had access to the spa and pool there as the other one on the property had swim classes and some boisterous behaviour that made it unpleasant to use. Again, the front desk staff saved the day and were so kind to address all of our questions. One final note: the hotel when coming from the airport direction was extremely difficult to get to. It required navigating one of the most complex traffic circles during rush hour to find a side service road off the highway. Getting to the airport was very easy, but some clear directions would have been helpful (Google was not).

I liked Te Stela because it’s a clean and friendly ambient and the breakfast is rich and delicious.

I didn’t like that they make you pay for ironing and they don’t offer you a free bottle of water.
