Amazing views. Comfortable apartment. Nice to have an outdoor area as well as the balconies. Twenty minute walk into Old Dubrovnik and close to a 'beach' where you could swim.

No information at all about getting into the property on arrival. We were told someone would meet us. No one came. The number we called was never answered. We ended up having to phone Booking.com in London, who then had to phone the management company, to find out that the keys were hidden. It might have been easier just to tell us that in the first place! Despite being clean, the property was a little run down - repairs needing doing here and there (like sockets coming out of walls, a cracked window etc.

beautiful view of both the ocean and Old Town. very nice and clean flat. even better in person than the photos show!! Very well equipped and very welcoming hosts. Easy to check in and out. Very safe even when walking at night.

The hosts were amazing! Very kind and helpful and went above and beyond - helping with luggage up the stairs to the apartment, and back down when I was leaving. They also drove me to the airport! :) The view was the BEST!!!

It was a 20-min walk to the old town - all down hill, but coming back, I took an uber because there are quite a few stairs to get back. However, the views are so amazing that it didn't matter :)

The view of the Adriatic sea from the balcony was amazing as well as the view down to the walled city of Dubrovnik, it was a 10 minute walk down to the city, uphill on the way back. There is a convenience store right next door for essentials like fresh bread, milk etc. run by a very nice friendly lady. There is a basketball court to keep teenagers happy. The apartment was very spacious and well kept, everything was as described in the booking, it is a bit hilly and there are a lot of steps up and down for the nearest swimming spots, hard going especially when it's 32 degrees Celsius, would highly recommend.

The high temperatures 30-35 degree Celsius in July and August might make me think again about holidaying in Europe during these months.

The views from the apartment were just beautiful! The host was very nice and helpful.

There were just a lot of stairs to climb each time to get to the beach and the old town.

We accidentally booked two properties and realized it immediately. Within 30 minutes of booking, we contacted SeaView to see if they would refund us since it was an innocent mistake and we caught it right away. They would not refund any portion of our nonrefundable room. So we then decided to just keep both properties we had reserved (since we were being charged for both). We never utilized the apartment at Seaview for two reasons: the distance of this property is FAR from Old Town Dubrovnik where it's all at; the communication with Seaview was subpar. We had received computer generated email about our check in process. I had sent an email response to that AND directly to property owner letting them know we were not checking in until possibly a day later (than what reservation had been made for). I received a text on night of original checkin asking when would we be there (even though I had notified I would NOT be there that evening). So I repeated my message to them again and at that time, I was told the only time to check in the following day was between 10-11am ... and then never heard a word back from them. This was fine with us because we were well situated in our other reserved property by then and had decided we were not going to move 20 minutes out of town for Seaview ... however, Seaview did not know this and therefore their communication with us should have been much more consistent. Just even me getting this review to fill out, knowing we never checked in to the property, should tell you there's a disconnect in communication with Seaview management and its customers.

The apartment was nice and spacious and clean. The sea views were amazing from the balcony looking out over Lokrum and over the Old Town of Dubrovnik. There were a lot of steps to reach the apartment but this was to be expected due to the elevated position of the apartment. The nearest supermarket was only 10 mins walk away.

The only downside to the stay was the boiler stopped working during our last 2 days so it was cold showers for us!

The apartment was lovely and as described. we felt welcomed by texts We asked for additional sheets and these arrived as agreed. There was a lovely welcoming bottle of wine.

We arrived late and hungry Some information on shops /eateries accessible by foot would have been useful.

Apartment needs much updating, aircon not working upstairs, no locks on toilet doors, matrasses uncomfortable, dampness on doors & floorboards - pictures on booking.com did not match actual property. Only there a few days so put up with it.

Just have in mind a lot of steps ;)
