Staff (Yousef, Marwan and Rashid) were exceptional. Helpful, attentive, friendly. Went out of there way to ensure we were comfortable and enjoyed the city.

European prices for drinks and food

Nothing to like about it, they sold me room online showing pictures was so big with king Size bed but when got in the room its was Very small bed that hardly 2 people can sleep , even room was so small that you can’t walk around and very old Air conditioner, there were no Towels at all , they said we are out of Towels today so will provide you tomorrow. Breakfast was horrible. So congested and tiny place. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

I did order massage for me & my wife and we were late 30 minutes and they didn’t give us service and charge us Full Fee 120 Euros. Basically they are scammers.

Nothing to complain about!

The Riad was stunning & is a cute little place to stay with friends/family! The terrace had lovely views & wish we spent a lot more time up there. It’s located in the centre of medina with 5-10 minute walking distances to all the hotspots E.g Jemaa El Fena, Le Secret Garden etc. Breakfast was very lovely. Felt so welcomed by everyone there especially by Youseff, Marouan, Rashid & Fatima who went out of their way to accommodate us at all times. You really are the heart of the place.

I have no faults for the Riad & all the staff. Wish we stayed a few extra days.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Riad Chafia. Extremely good location in the medina, but also close to the more modern parts of the city centre. Very helpful and friendly staff, clean room and a quiet and nice atmosphere at the Riad. Very good breakfast, changes every day. The roof top is also very nice for a chill out in the afternoon/evening. I would recommend everyone to stay here, and I will do the same when returning to the city.

During our visit to Morocco, we had the pleasure of staying at Riad Chafia for 2 nights. This traditional Moroccan Riad is conveniently situated in the north of the Medina, a few minutes away from a taxi parking space and within walking distance of many of Marrakech's major attractions, including the famous Jemaa el-Fnaa square and the vibrant souks, as well as several excellent restaurants. It is a perfect choice for anyone seeking an authentic stay in Marrakech. We were greeted with warm hospitality as we entered a tiny door down a small alleyway and entered a beautiful courtyard. The rooms are elegantly decorated, combining traditional Moroccan elements with modern comfort. Ours was spacious and the comfortable bed and the AC ensured a good night's sleep. Its rooftop terrace offers panoramic views of Marrakech's bustling medina and the Atlas Mountains in the distance during breakfast. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Youssef, Rachid and the team at Riad Chafia went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They even kept an item we forgot in storage for several days until we returned to Marrakech to pick it up!

Our stay was amazing. Especially Youssef was a kind and supportive host. The breakfast on the rooftop was perfect with the wonderful view! We will recommend the accommodation. Thank you very much for the nice stay! Best regards from Germany :)

Riad Chafia was a wonderful discovery that made our stay even more unique. Located in the heart of the Medina, this Riad allows you to enter the Moroccan culture with its delicious breakfasts, its decoration with attention to the smallest details and above all to get to know the pleasant local people. The added value of this structure, however, is the staff, always smiling and available for any need. A note of credit goes to Youssef who has always made himself available for any of our needs and problems, suggesting some incredible places to visit that otherwise we would not have been able to visit. We highly recommend staying at this Riad.

Youseff and his team made us feel so welcome since the moment that we arrived. The airport transfer was seamless and we were able to check in early. The room was lovely and clean and the property itself was a welcome quiet place after a day visiting the busy souks. Youseff was on hand to provide us with restaurant bookings, trip information and general advice on how to fill our days in Marrakech. The breakfast on the balcony was lovely and the service in general was 10/10. We will genuinely miss Youseff’s enthusiasm whenever he saw us, he really made it feel like a home from home! I would highly recommend staying here 😊.

I really loved the layout and design of the hotel. It felt like you were walking into a secret hidden palace and the service was excellent. The room itself was really nice as well

The location is a little hard to find of course that is no one's fault and certainly not the staff, but it would have been nice to have some guidance into the medina.

The Riad is a quiet place right in the middle of the Medina. Beautiful with the typical Moroccan styles. The staff Rachid, Marouane, Azize,… are super friendly, you feel welcome and there is always someone if you need help. fantastic breakfast on the rooftop terrace! highly recommend this Riad!

We stayed one night in this riad and it was nice. The room was nice and the rooftop nice with sun bath. It’s well located. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Youssef in particular, but also the rest of the staff were absolutely fantastic and made our stay both at the Riad and overall in Marrakech amazing. Youssef helped us with taxis, restaurants, the hammam experience, and general advice. Everyone did their job with a smile, the wifi was good, the place is beautiful and clean and so peaceful. Breakfast included was simple and delicious - egg, Moroccan bread and pastries, fruit, yogurt, mint tea and coffee. Air conditioning, fresh towels, hot water, electricity, location in the medina, airport transfer, restaurants, all great. Cannot say enough good things about it.

Would’ve loved a pool, but obviously we chose to stay in a riad and not a modern western style hotel for a reason

Superb location and facilities, as well as exellent staff. Especially Yusef made our stay very pleasant, and made sure we had everything we needed and more. The Riad was very cozy, very clean and well maintained with a small charming roof top. Located in the Medina, so everything you would want to see is right outside the doorstep.

Good location in the Marrakesh medina, lovely breakfast including rooftop terrace for serving, helpful in organising taxi to airport when we left, offered hammam bath option at riad itself, nice bathroom.

Our room wasn't quite ready when we arrived meaning we had to wait 10-20 mins to get into it. Did have some trouble opening/locking the door to our room using the key. One of our beds was essentially a sofa, had to ask to have bedding brought to the room so one of us could sleep there.

Great Riad! Lovely place and very friendly and helpful staff

Everything from the location to the friendliness of the staff well exceeded my expectations. I booked last minute and I was able to get in touch with the hotel owner about room details and late check in. The hotel also has a transportation option from the airport (RAK) to the Riad directly (so that you don’t have to ever feel unsafe during your journey). The Riad is centrally located within the medina and is easily accessible to Marrakech’s popular souks, Jemaa el-Fna Square and as well as other popular attractions. Overall, the location is superb. There even is a sign that says “Riad Chafia” a few blocks down that helps direct you to the Riad in case you do get lost. The Riad itself is very clean and mornings were always beautiful since breakfast is served on the terrace. However, the best thing about my stay was the hospitality of the staff. Youssef was helpful from the very beginning of check-in to the last day of checkout. He was very friendly and gave us many suggestions and advice on making the best out of our trip. He always made sure we were comfortable and always made us feel safe (especially since it was our first time in Africa!) Thank you again Youssef for your unconditional kindness and fabulous service!

I actually loved everything about my stay. Always felt comfortable and safe which are my two priorities when it comes to accommodation.

We had a lovely time at Riad Chafia. It was such a lovely, quiet, secluded escape from the hustle and bustle of streets of the Medina. The views from the roof terrace were beautiful. And we enjoyed having the delicious breakfast up there every morning. We stayed in room 10, the room was very comfortable, and we slept peacefully each night. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and accomodating. We would stay here again for sure.
