property is clean , staffs are super helpful, they will do anything to make our stay more comfortable

The staff was so sweat and the room was great.

The hotel was under maintenance and the noise from the machines was loud from 9am.

it has a lot of open space , it is next to a couple of rice files. Also away from Ubud busy streets yet close enough to get to Ubud centre.

property is old and need constant maintenance! also staffs need a better training when it comes to cleaning standards.

Loved the staff, service and grounds of the hotel..a nice quiet location away from the bustle of Ubud

The shower wasn’t very good, the bathroom sink was hard to drain and the bath was small. The restaurant food was yummy and nicely presented but lacked variety. More vegan options would be great.

It is a very nice hotel. Better to have scooter as it's a bit off center ( but it's very quiet, which is great)

There were mosquitos and the room had moldy smell

The staff were friendly and paid great attention to our allergy needs.

The boards of the pool deck need replacing as some had nails and splinters closing loose. But I imagine this is probably because of COVID and lack of budget and they will take care of it when they can.

-quite -clean -huuuge garden with fruit trees -big pool -kind and helpful staff -perfect location for me (close to titi batu club)

-the shower needs new drains as the water quickly floats in the bathroom --> besides that everything perfect <--

Peacefull location

Loved everything about this property!!! Although it doesn't look much from the outside (front gate) once you travel up the driveway it opens up to an absolute magnificent property. The staff are welcoming and always ready to help. The foyer has the perfect combination of an ambiance of luxury while at the same time a peaceful feeling from the beautiful natural surroundings. The room was exactly as described on the website, lovely decor, clean and plenty of room. The restaurant served delicious food which most of it is grown organically on the property and the pool area was a great place to relax and soak up the sun. Massages were included with our booking and the therapists were very professional and caring and the spa although simple was set among the natural beauty of all the greenery among the property. What more can I say, I will recommend this property to all my friends.

Staff is good help us anytime, food is also good. Location was good for those people who want peace.

Theres bug , lizard and spiders everywhere, we call staff they do help to remove but room was not clean theres dust all over there behind bed and cupboard.
