Spacy appartment with a nice view and very comfortable bed. Everything clean and people are very friendly and helpful. Residence is very close to subway. In very short distance there is a Lotte department store and an underground Emart where you can buy everything to make your stay even more comfortable. As there is a university around you will find a lot of restaurants and pubs. We have been there twice past 10 years and will come back.

Beautiful large hotel suite, good storage, kitchen, washing facilities.

Terrible view. On one side was the facade of a big apartment block, on the other was a huge rooftop air conditioning machine. This was disappointing as I had specifically requested a room with a view. The windows were filthy, so maybe I would not have seen anything anyhow.

Das Apartment für 5 Personen hatte nur eine Toilette, hier wären mindestens 2 Bäder angemessen gewesen. Obwohl wir zu fünft waren, bekamen wir nur 2 Schlüssel, täglich Wasser und Café für nur 4 Personen (4 kleine Wasserflaschen und 4 Cafés). Wir hatten 2 Doppelbetten davon 1 mit 2 und eins mit einer Decke. Eine zusätzliche Decke hätte pro Tag 23000 KRW gekostet! Die fünfte Person hatte auf dem Ledersofa im Wohnzimmer schlafen müssen, wo die Fenster nicht verdunkelt werden konnten. Alles in Allem natürlich verkraftbar, aber eben kein hoher Standard und sicherlich ausbaufähig. Das Mobiliar war veraltet und die Bestuhlung auf 3 Personen ausgelegt. Kleiderbügel waren ebenfalls Mangelware. Das Schwimmbad war geschlossen, wäre nur seasonal geöffnet und leider nicht im April. Das Personal war freundlich, professionell, aber mehr auch nicht.

Modern conveniences in the room great! Clean and spacious. Desk staff did their best to assist us. The metro is just outside - good connections to all of Seoul.

spacious 1 bed property right next to the mall, large supermarket, food court, & a Starbucks. light and airy. washer dryer was a godsend. limited cooking utensils. loved the bed that was electrically controlled to elevate legs /face etc.

We did not eat breakfast here. The location was a little far from the city center but transportation was abundant. Also the neighborhood has just about everything you could want to buy.

The hotel could stand some updating to the rooms. Most everything was a bit dated.
