well, when I got there I was expecting to get what I booked prior to going, I couldn't call booking.com customer service from abroad, we booked a room with two single beds and a sofa bed but was given a double bed and no sofa bed. which is not good as we did not want to sleep on the same bed

Friendly staff. We arrive by car and was easy to park. We went for a walk and quickly arrive to the harbour with restaurant options around.

Just some small details, they have this big check in form with questions that I don't understand the purpose and also they copy your passport... spend almost two week travelling around Cyprus and it was the only place asking for these. Then it was also the only place that didn't provide plug adapter, but we also didn't ask.

5 night stay during off-peak season (February). Checked in during the afternoon. I got the local bus from the airport which was €1.50 each way. I checked out very early in the morning and got a taxi through the hotel for €35 which was prebooked. The apartments are in a good location. 10 minute walk to the harbour, and there is a large supermarket nearby, as well as a shopping mall on the other side. I stayed in a Standard Studio apartment (Room 1). First thing I noticed is that when you insert the key used to power electricity in the room, it makes an annoying sound constantly. The walls are quite thin as you can also hear neighbouring apartments and people walking around upstairs. The room itself is self contained and has a little outdoor area as well. Basic cooking ammenities, small fridge, kettle, and stove all working. The air conditioner was good and worked well. There was a seperate key to turn this on. Room could do with a renovation, and the bed is not comfortable, although not the worst. However, the duvet is exposed, with only a loose sheet between you and the duvet. I really hope this gets washed after each use as it doesn’t have a cover. The bathroom is small, however fine for 1 person at a time. The shower floods the bathroom floor as there is a seal or something under the screen where there is a gap, and makes the floor wet which was frustrating and I had to use towels everyday to mop it up. From Room 1, you are right on the street (along with many other apartments), so it gets quite noisy at times (although a quiet area) from the road and pedestrians through the night. Also, bring your own soap and shampoo. None provided. Looks like there is plenty of parking space, however I didn’t need it. Housekeeping seems to come in everyday if you need. No frills, basic accommodation and budget friendly.

Literally a connected door to another apartment room, didnt feel safe at all.

I feel like I'm at premium accommodation but without paying a premium. It is also very well placed being an equal distance between the 3 places I like to walk to which takes around 10 minutes thats the Kings Mall the beach and the promenade. I originally booked for one night but extended my stay.

I changed my room/studio for one which gets the sun in the mornings as it was a little cold.

The location, near Kato Paphos, and a small terrace.

The beds have uncovered duvets, only "wrapped" in plain sheets from underneath, with a duvet completely seen. I was uncomfortable during sleeping, because I was always checking if my body is touching the duvet without bed linen or the sheet between us, because the sheet was moving along with my body moving. There is mold on all walls and broken shower cabin "fixed" with a piece of a shower curtain. The toilettes are positioned inside the building meaning that a tiny tiny window in the bathroom (on the top of the wall with the shower cabin) is facing the hallway of the place. That is also the only window existing in the apartment, and it's closed. So there's no ventilation in the bathroom. The apartment is on the ground floor and has a terrace. The glass door from the terrace are always wet from the condensed air in the apartment and when you open the door to get some air, the cats are coming inside, which is not a problem because we love animals, but we couldn't leave the door open and leave the place to ventilate because of that and I wasn't feeling safe with leaving the apartment's door from the terrace open because anyone could enter it from the main road. The floor was very dirty. We found the mark in the room with sayings: please, clean or do not disturb. Considering they will do at least something - maybe sweep the floor, or change the completely wet mat in front of the shower cabin, or think again when they see the duvet without the bed linen 😂, we put the sign - please, clean and when we came back in the evening, we knew that someone was in our room because the sign was put back in and left on the cabinet but nothing was cleaned or changed except the trash bag, that was almost empty anyways 😂. The price was ok, but there were many cheaper places to stay in the nearby, because it's January. That's why we thought that our place would nit be so bad.

Wifi in the room was unstable. (Not suitable for long phone calls.) Everything else was perfect!

Stathis was super friendly and he helped us with excellent and honest advice and good suggestions! Also, the location is great. It is in the center, everything is 5-10 minutes away. Shopping center, archaeological sites, the sea, restaurants, and bus stations are close.

We came back here, it's our second time @ Crystallo Apartments and it feels like home for us. We have privacy in a big room with terrace or balcony and pool view, the bed is comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped so we can cook just like home. It's the perfect ratio quality-price, very close to Kings Avenue Mall and bus station and close to Municipal Baths (& center). You cannot go wrong with this accommodation. I feel we are going back soon.

The owner was very unfriendly. My room was no the one I booked, instead a cheap copy of the room showed on booking.com. A question for the correct room was declined very unfriendly. The room it self had broken furniture, torn curtains, bath- and sleepingroom doors couldn't be closed, the place it self was not properly cleaned. WLAN was very slow and only worked when very close to the window or outside of the apartment. At night there ware neighbours partying all night and didn't stop after being friendly asked to be more considerate. So no possibility to sleep all night. No night reception, so nop help from owners. Next morning owner told me, that he's sorry but couldn't do anything. Left after 2 nights and asked for reimbursment of the remaining 6 days. This request was declined because I booked a non refundable option, whcih booking.com offers. Meaning: refund is only possible if the owner would have not applied a room. According to the rules it means whatever problem you have in this place, whatever cheat you get, it's your problem. This was the last time I booked on this homepage.

It is a very comfortable place, quiet, polite employees. Easy registration.🥰

The towel was worn out, the bed linen was not new. I hope you will consider it.❤️

Had a fantastic stay at the Crystallo apartments, the ground floor apartment with direct access to the swimming pool was an added bonus, the apartment was nice and large, all the staff I encounted were friendly and helpful.

Nothing, I liked the whole experience.
