The 101 Fontana was exactly what we needed it to be. A touch of resort life in the hustle and bustle of Kuta. Rooms were very clean and breakfast buffet was well enjoyed. TV worked - a rarity in Bali. The espresso martini at the bar was delicious too! I highly recommend a visit to the spa, purchased one of their packages and relaxed the afternoon away in a dreamy spa set up. Room service was good, meals are well described but not as expected haha. Lots of yummy fresh juices on the menu. The staff at the property were all very pleasant to deal with and upgraded us for our first two nights. We ended up booking direct for another two and this was not an issue to keep the same room.

Bintang were expensive 65k!!! My package at the spa was about 30mins shorter than advertised but I was ok with it. Important to note, this is out of the busy tourist areas of Kuta. You will need to have GoJek or your own transport to get nearer to the busier parts of the area.

The breakfast has plenty of options, the staff is very friendly, the rain shower was nice & strong, it's an easy location to get around from and was near to where we needed to be.

The room was quite noisy, we could hear people talking & running in the hallway, doors closing etc.

The staff was very friendly and provided excellent service. We also took advantage of their spa offer, which was amazing. The room was comfortable and clean.

Some of the room's amenities (toilet needed for a long time to be able to flush) were a bit outdated.

Breakfast is good and good service. Location is fine.

Loved my 2 night stay with 101 Fontana Starting from check in, I was able to check in 1 hour earlier. The room was perfectly clean with nice pool view from balcony. Breakfast offers variety of foods Indonesian and western

spacious room, all basic facilities are there. furnitures are old but okay. i think its a good hotel for families.

during check in I was warmly welcomed by the FD agent, however he explained all the facilities a little too much. Every single detail of the room and genereal facilities was mentioned and explained. This was from my pov not necessary as most of the things are obvious. But maybe it is needed for first timer? during our stay there were many local (Indonesian) families, so it's a little noisy sometimes on the alley.

The staffs are soo polite, friendly and the stay was so good for us.

Excellent breakfast with so many options to choose from. The dining area is very nice,spacious and has views to garden and pool. The room was quite a good size with a very large comfortable bed. The room was quiet which I had requested. The room was well cleaned daily . The garden and pool area were just lovely and very well kept. I enjoyed my swim in a beautiful pool.

I found the lighting in bathroom inadequate. I would have liked to have a stronger light over the mirrored area . The shower took a while to drain too due to the non- slip mat. The room had no view- only to a concrete wall, but was quiet which I had requested. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Every staff member acknowledged us with a greeting.

Everything was good except room cleaning service. All reception members were very kind. Good value for price. We always have toiletries and water in the room. And cute christmas cookie.

( we got kind reply from general manager and apology. I hope they will pay attention this issue. Thank you) 1st day. They knocked the door. So my wife open the door and told them no room cleaning service thank you. But they didnt leave, And keep asked "Can you speak Eng??" (We are talking in Eng though??) "Where are you from?" So I got up and walked to door. When they saw me. They left immediately. But they laugh and talked each other in indonesian Language. 2nd day. We didn't forgot to put the sign that "do not disturb" But they knocked on the door several times. And what? They opened the door and tried to come in !! Fortunately I did safety door lock. So they just left.. Reception guys were very kind and polite so I didn't wanted to tell them about this things.. we have second room and mom didn't have any problem, everything was good for her. If you guys are couple or female travelers. Well.. just be aware and pay attention.

The hotel really gives effort for the guest. When check in they give me christmas souvenir, the christmas vibes was perfect. They even have santa claus giving chocolate for kids. Spacious and comfortable room. Good breakfast. Thankyou for making my family christmas staycation unforgettable!

The staff, food, location, rooms and beds were all really nice and I enjoyed them all immensely.

The wifi is a bit lacking, the wifi has good coverage over the hotel, but the speed is a bit slow if you want to upload or download anything while on your trip. It works fine for everyday things, just limited speed. The rooms while very nice, had poor sound proofing for 'noisy' guests late at night, so couples might want to be aware if you're staying for a week or more.

Family Room was large with sufficient beds for my family and had 2 toilets. The staff were generally good. The beds were reasonably comfortable. Hot water for shower and aircon worked well.

The floor felt sticky, the room had a musty odour and was dimly lit. The room window faced a wall. The furnishings were chipped in places. The bathrooms were dark and a bit dirty in the corners. There was no soundproofing and we heard all the guests' footsteps and voices outside our room. Overall the hotel was old, tired and poorly maintained. The breakfast was of poor quality and the coffee and tea were barely warm.
