Comfortable room. That’s all.

Worst location ever. No tours stop there. Difficult to find a cab that accepts to go in the evening. We had to walk till there at 9pm and we were almost attacked by a bunch of dogs that followed us. We had to cancel and asked to wave the fee, but they didn’t accept. Also, if you don’t use credit card, they charge you 12% extra. Honestly, I would avoid this one.

There is no spa facility but a small and cold swimming pool, so the name can be misleading. There can be mosquitoes at night.

Friendly staff, comfortable beds and great breakfast

Spa was under maintenance and could not be used. The hotel was 10min drive out of town and it was difficult and a little expensive ($5-10usd each way) to get a taxi into town. Also, none of the tours would pick us up from to hotel because it was too far out of town.

it’s a bit far from town, so no tour operator will pick you up there. taxi’s to town are also expensive. there is no internet in the rooms.

Nice rustic rooms that fit the region. When I go to Atacama I want to stay in a room that belongs there. This place was what I was looking for. The staff is super friendly and gave us a lot of advice for our stay. They were very accommodating for our schedule in providing snacks or breakfast. If you want to stay in a quiet place that’s far from the touristy noise, this is the place for you.

The WiFi was weak. The rooms were a bit cold. But this was the colder months (end of August) however the bed was super warm.

the pool is great for relaxing when it’s too hot. They clean your room every day. The staff is very kind.
