We liked tge house, it was large and comfortable.

I reserved the room late, and wrote that i will be late. But nobody response me, that the personal works only till 22. So i was so scared to stay outside at night when i arrived. I called trying to connect with the personal to understand what to do. Hopefully a lady answered that there's a safe somewhere around the area and we need to find it and put acode to get our keys. So it was like a quest 😁 with a happy end🙏

Reception was closed, when arrived 21.30, although on booking form open til 22.00. building work so had to ring ti another hotel for code to key box, took 25 minutes to get through.. no breakfast, although I booked, ( as building work was in progress), could have put a breakfast bag in room. No where to get a cup of coffee or tea.. as no kettle in room no drinks dispenser. Everything was locked up.. notice on front door, was not very helpful,...

The restaurant is good and car park space is sufficient.

No staff attend at reception, I was trapped at the lobby at mid-night. Even I hanged the notice for cleaning the room, no action was observed.

no coffee or tea making services. and the rooms are generally have a cold floor, due to no carpets.
