Un resort curato, pulito, in una bellissima posizione tra le colline marchigiane. Camere semplici ma spaziose, pulite e rifornite giornalmente, bella piscina super rilassante con anche una vasca idromassaggio con acqua quasi bollente! Ristorante con ampia scelta sia a pranzo che a cena, tutto ottimo. Così come la colazione, varia e con tanti prodotti freschi e di qualità. I proprietari e tutte le persone che ci lavorano estremamente gentili e disponibili … è stata una bella scoperta e torneremo sicuramente! Grazie di tutto

Bit too remote you will need a car, food in restaurant was good but the menu didn't change much.

Location formidabile

Eccessiva Modernità e poca atmosfera

Set in a beautiful location with wonderful views of the surrounding countryside. Swimming pool, hot tub and gym were a lovely addition. We had two family rooms which each had a double bed upstairs and a sofa bed downstairs. Delicious breakfast with amazing pastries and treats, perfect for those with a sweet tooth! Dog-friendly and very helpful staff who arranged a covid quick test for my son at a local pharmacy at short notice so that we could continue on to Austria the next next day.

My fiance and I are hopeless at Italian so when travelling to a very rural part of the country we were prepared for a struggle with language barriers, however all the staff spoke excellent english and also helped us with our pathetic Italian phrases! When booking the hotel, I had seen the lovely 'green moss wall' room on the pictures and asked at check in if we could stay in that particular room, the receptionist happily changed our room to fit my request which was so sweet of them. The room was modern, clean and comfortable. There was ample parking, breakfast was well organised and yummy and the restaurant was very busy both nights we were there (during a global pandemic and in a very rural area - this speaks VOLUMES). The views are absolutely indescribable, you can see over the rolling hills for miles. We got up early and watched the sun rise on the Sunday morning from the end of the hotel driveway, it was beautiful. This part of the world is so peaceful and zen. We absolutely recommend staying at the Osteria!
