Квартира чудова! Велика, простора, чиста! Розташування ідеальне. Ми приїздили по справах і нам потрібно було працювати на вулиці Хрещатик, а це 8 хвилин до квартири! Все необхідне під рукою. Супермаркет в підземному переході, фудкорди в ТЦ Глобус ( а він також в підземному переході)! Рекомендую!!!

Єдиний трохи сумний фактор відсутність газової плити ( вона там є , але газу в квартирі не має) . Зараз важка ситуація зі світлом по всій країні, Київ звісно не виняток. Але ми швидко пристосувалися завдяки застосунку «Київ цифровий» , приходить смс сповіщення про відключення та поновлення електропостачання! Тому ми знали, коли ми можемо поїсти!😀 Нам в поміч були фудкорди , МакДональдз та безліч кіосків з їжею на Майдані Незалежності ( 5 хв до помешкання)!

The location is amazing and beside multiple businesses. You can have a drink and mingle with professional people around you. <3

Засобів, таких як гелів для душу було лише на двох людей, а помешкання на чотирьох. Не дуже чиста ванна кімната, погано прибраний диван, в ньому було волосся

I stayed in a flat on Kreschatik street 17. Obviously, location is perfect. Very spacious, big clean rooms. Some of the windows and balcony go to the main Kiev street (Kreschatik), which gives amazing views, but might be a bit noisy for someone (not for me). I stayed during an active war in the country (beginning of December 2022) and there were electrics cuts around the city. But unexpected and nice surprise was to find out that the house had electricity all the time (not sure why, probably connected to the ‘important line’ or something like that). Property was also warm (heating worked without problems) and had hot water (good bath with jacuzzi). This all made my stay smooth and cozy. Good communication with an owner - always promptly answered my msgs. Clear instructions of how to access the property. I was in Kiev many times before and generally can say, that this property was one of the best where I had to stay.

* I think guests would benefit from a sachet of tea/coffee + a bit of sugar in the property, especially when someone comes from far away and did not have a chance to get to the shop yet. * Despite my tries, I did not figure out how to find any channels on TV - there were 3 remote controls and I pressed on all of them but it didn’t work. It might be just me silly 🙃
