Appartement spacieux avec literie incroyable et cheminée! Jacuzzi et piscine très appréciable inclus dans l’hébergement accessible jusqu’à 22h ! Juste à côté du lake Tekapo au top !

Great location. Nice having house and washing facilities and garage. Friendly staff. Fully equiped with what you need.
Very expensive for a place that needs a huge refurbish. Lots paint off walls, cracks, old carpet dated furniture. Not impressed with having 4 adults and them “locking” double room with ensuite meaning four adults had to share one bathroom. We would have been better getting two motel rooms with two bathrooms. Open ensuite and lock other double room would even help. Won’t be back till done up a bit or prices lowered.

The space, the set up, lots of toys and DVDs for our kids, good kitchen, good beds.

Very roomy unit which is fully equipped with everything you need including laundry.
Easy walk to village and quiet property with parking directly at the unit.

Good location. Clean and spacious house.
One common BBQ for the complete compound. In the kitchen the pans were not really clean and some are due for replacement. The cutlery was not really complete for 6 persons.

It was beautifully appointed and the and the lovely woman who checked us in and fixed an issue with our gas fireplace was fabulous.

Took a while to warm up, had no tv remote so couldn’t watch movies.

Kitchen was great and had everything we needed.
We had previously stayed several years ago and loved it. This time was a disappointment
1. The room wasnt serviced after 3 nights as stated
2. Both the heater and extraction fan in the bathroom didnt work
3. The dryer tripped the switchboard. When reset it only ran for 5 mins before overheating. Barrel would be so hot you would burn your finger if you came in contact trying to remove your clothes.
4. Some of the plug switches around the house are loose and the one in the laundry came out from the wall. This made it feel unsafe to leave heating on overnight.
We were always out during the day and reception wasnt open when we would return so the only opportunity we had to report the issues was when we were leaving. We will look for other accommodation next time we are in Lake Tekapo

Great location and facilities. The 3 bedroom apartment was perfect for our family of 5 and we were comfortable and warm for the duration of our stay. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean and spacious, we loved the underfloor heating. Having a washer and dryer was an added bonus

Location is very handy to the town and local sights. The rooms were all very pleasant and the beds comfortable.

Location and facilities in the house.
The administration of the property:
1. No one at the Reception on our arrival, even during office hour. I need to ring a number to get instruction.
2. Days after we left. I received an email from Booking.Com, saying that I DID NOT pay for our stay.
I had to go through a lot of trouble to prove that I had paid even before we arrive there. It was really stressful for me. After a few emails and phone calls to the owner/operator, it was confirmed by the owner/operator that they had actually received the payment before our arrival.
NOT a good experience.

I love the way the rooms are decorated. Very quiet spot and easy to get back to Tekapo township.
The cleaning needs to be better, dust bunnies behind the toilet door and dusty curtains. The single beds were very small, would have been good to have an option of 2 doubles.

We enjoyed the apartment which had plenty of space and complex was quiet.
The location was just 10 minutes walk from town
We weren't to get the fireplace to work, a small oil heater had been left so we assumed the gas fireplace didn't work.
We couldn't find the WiFi code that was suppose to be strategically placed

The apartment itself is quite good. There is a living area and sizeable kitchen, very good for groups. there are even outdoor yard with tables and chair.
After check in at 5pm , I entered the apartment intended for my booking and found out that housekeeping was not yet done. It was frustrating because late check ins were done remotely. I called in to report but did not hear back until about 5.45pm, after which the on duty manager found another equivalent apartment to replace my booking.
It was after our very long drive and hence was very frustrating having to just stand around.

Perfect 2 storey accommodation, felt like home! We could of stayed for longer.
There wasn’t any air conditioning so it was a bit hot as we were there early Jan.

TV didn’t work. couldn’t adjust volume. If you tried to change channel the tv would turn off. Very hot upstairs in bedrooms. No air conditioning or fans.

Nice place, great if you want to stay for a longer period of time than we did I think it would be a great home base. The negatives were:
1- no a/c!! I booked on booking.com and it said air conditioning. But only some units have a/c and maybe not in the full unit. If you don’t plan to be there during the day it will be cooler at night, but really uncomfortable at check in. Not aired out before we arrived.
2- there was only one small fan for the two bedroom unit. The manager did get us two more fans but it was a hot afternoon nonetheless.
3- pool has NO shade. There is a sail shade hung up but between 3-5 it gave only a tiny patch of shade. Very little seating to watch the kids swim.

The room was nice
The tv remotes didn't work, and no one was able to fix them. There was a bit of scum in the shower and hand basin. Only provided 1 towel each, so I had to wash and dry daily. The outdoor area had been let go, not very like to look at.

Lack of pots to cook, lack of bowls to put food in. There was nobody in reception you had to phone another accommodation. I felt the place was tired.
