It was a terrinle experience, once there was not the instructions as they sent trought email, so actully i got a random room that one guest helped me to find a key. Really bad guests, noysy and everyone drunk and unrespectful... np security and no safety. I have been working in a hostel where the prices were the same in Portugal and it was a totally kind of hosting ,safety and caring for the guest. This hostel should not be an offer on Booking. Com.

Green area around

It was very cold in the room, no heating at all and it was already October. This made the stay unpleasant as I got sick on the second day. There was black mould in the shower, a very weird smell in the hostels corridor and kitchen (which is rather filthy, as people who use it don't really clean up). Far from the center. The room didn't match the pictures, the bed was rather uncomfortable, the springs would dig into your back, with very cheap and old pillows. And all in all you can get a much better deal and conditions for the money.

Good location, bathroom relatively quite clean.

Overwhelming smell of body odour in the men's room. The sheets also did not feel clean. Also, no locker was offered to me specifically, maybe it was first come, first serve. I've had worse but I've also had a lot better.

There was mold on the walls and the whole room was extremely filthy,only stayed there for 10 minutes,doesn’t look anything like the pictures

-Located in a green area, nice for outdoor hikes, -My bed was in a high and cozy place next to a very big window, -super Friendly man behind my bed that made me at least feel safe, -friendly and professional polish employee checking that everything was ok, -friendly receptionist when I phoned her, -very nice garden outside, -Very nice outside building, -safe and huge place outside, perfect for parking and leaving bikes, -relatively clean bath room

-hostel rooms are only mixed and in my case were packed with not so clean and self-aware older men (not a complaint as the hostel cannot guarantee that, especially for the extremely cheap price, but it is what should be expected for this price) -i thought that it would have been a cozy hostel in Krakow's outskirts where to find other nature lovers like myself, and that the price was slightly lower due to the remote location from the centre(it was 30pln per night, while other very big and clean hostels in the centre were at 34-40pln,) but actually this price mainly attracts drunk men with a cheap budget (that's what was the view at the arrival and the idea I got from part of my roommates)-again not a complaint as the hostel cannot probably do anything about it, but just to make other solo travelling wo/men aware, -no common area where to chill/work: ●the entrance is super small and not so clean, ●bar was open but with all the chairs up the tables, ●the balcony was pretty but not really clean, the parrots are super cute but made a very heavy noise most of the time, -The reception was non existent despite it was written it was open from 10 to 20 (I tried to check in and out at these times but never got to see the receptionist, only called her because I did not have any instructions on what to do and in which room/bed to sleep)
