The Rooms Are good in size. The food is nice.

The bathrooms have started to show the age now.

I love the room.

Complimentary cake can be arrange for guest like roseate.

Staff at the reception were very rude. I had a wound in my leg and was unable to walk. So i asked for handiplus. He said he doesnt know were it is kept. Night time couples in the adjacent room were listening songs and sound was too loud. When we called at reception they just disconnected call by saying this is not no of reception area. We had ordered food same day in the evening by dialing same no.

Food was good, so also service during the meals. Would like to specially mention Priya, who was always very helpful.

There was no safe deposit in the room, which was very inconvenient. Very surprising in a 5 star hotel. Also they do not give daily newspapers, which is most normal in all hotels.

Being JLF visitor location was good. Far from city center but close to airport. Rooms are good. Food is good.

The reception staff is not at par with a five star property. They lack courtesy and means to deal with guest. I would like to avoid my stay unless necessary again.
