The location was great. The chef was able to accommodate our restricted dietary needs. It's a beautiful property with history and a great patio that overlooks the city. They gave us the latest checkout they could because we had an evening flight. The staff was quite pleasant and friendly.

For the price it cost it should have been much better. They should adjust their prices (half of what we paid would have been more reasonable) or hire more staff - they seemed quite short staffed, although they did try really hard still. The bottom of the pool was dirty. The rest of the property was well maintained. The room was relatively clean except that the floor was tacky with a film, almost like it was washed with a dirty bucket of water and the couch cushions were visibly dirty. There was always a noticeably longer than normal wait if you needed something.

cockroaches. there were two episodes with cockroaches, one with my partner, who had a cockroach crawl over their face in the middle of the night. I just disbelieved them, and then the following night I had a cockroach crawl over my face.

The hotel was perfect for our 4 night stay at the beginning of our adventure travelling around Namibia. We enjoyed incredible hospitality, gorgeous evening sunsets from the terrace, delicious meals and relaxation by the pool. The hotel was also situated in a quiet and safe location and we enjoyed some short walks from the hotel during the daytime. We also liked it because it was small and made the whole stay feel more personal.

The staff were so lovely and welcoming. Staff seemed to know what we needed before we did. A real team effort. Great views. Lovely room. we had room service which was just what we needed after 2.5 weeks of travelling. Great area to stay in on Luxury Hill. Only a short walk from town.

We loved the staff, they were so kind and helpful! They really made sure that we had a great experience in all ways possible. It was undoubtedly the best service we've had in Namibia! We spend the last day of our honeymoon here, and the staff made sure that it was a very romantic experience. wonderful

The balcony for sundowners is lovely as was the complimentary sparkling wine.

The table cloths at dinner and breakfast were dirty (although the room was very clean). We reported this directly to the hotel but did not receive a response. It somehow spoiled our visit especially at a time when we are all concerned about hygiene due to covid.

Unique hotel experience with an amazing location, rooms are beautiful with comfy beds. All round quality of the offering is great, highly recommended.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing, staff were slow and not as friendly as the rest of the team. Buffet style plates would frequently be empty or disappear and take a while to be refilled.

The professionalism and attention to every detail of making a guest's stay comfortable. The General Manager even gave freely of his time and use of his private luxury vehicle to take me for my pre-flight COVID-19 test. That is what I call going the extra-mile. And it would seem to be the general culture at the hotel, as all staff that I interacted with were very accommodating.

It wasn't so much about what I didn't like but rather what mother nature served up during my stay. It rained at least once each day for the duration of my stay. The wireless network seemed to suffer during the downpour, which is a common weakness of satellite and wireless connections.

Good location in a very quiet area of Windhoek. Loved the room, very spacious and clean. Great staff, very helpful. Good restaurante with a fantastic view over the city.

Very nice place to relax for my last night in Namibia. Almost everything perfect. When possible very flexible for check-in and out time.

Many different wifi networks, not one working properly everywhere on the property. I had several meals at their restaurant on the terrace with beautiful views. Everything fine except one dish (carpaccio) that was probably recently taken out of freezer and still some icy taste.
