Schöne Zimmer, angenehm ruhig

Klimaanlage wenig Wirkung, da zu wenig Luftdurchsatz, Frühstück im nahen Restaurant eher bescheiden

Die Lage war top im Viertel Klein Windhok mit den angesagten Restaurant fußläufig, das Frühstück sensationell und die Anlage insgesamt einfach top modern und sauber. Sofort wieder ! Stefan aus Bonn

Quando chegamos o funcionario que nos recebeu e nos guiou ate ao quarto não nos ajudou nem ofereceu ajuda para carregar/transportar as malas. As funcionarias da recepção apesar de serem prestaveis não sorriam. na zona da piscina apenas existem 4 camas e 2/3 mesas o que não é suficiente para a quantidade de hospedes que o hotel alberga. quantidade do pequeno almoço ridiculamente pequena. no fim de contas, valor alto para aquilo que o hotel oferece

Frühstück gab es im Stellenbosch Tasting Room Restaurant, eines der besten Restaurants in Windhoek, mit sehr schönem Innenhof. Die Zimmer und das ganze Areal sehr sauber. Der Service an der Rezeption sehr nett.

Der Pool war nicht so besonders groß und auch nicht so sauber wie der Rest der Anlage. Ansonsten ist der Poolbereich ok:

Da wir abends angekommen sind hat uns ein Watchman eingecheckt. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig. Badezimmer mit Dusche ebenfalls. Allerdings eine interessante Konstruktion, da das Badezimmer zwar mit einer Wand vom Raum abgetrennt war, die jedoch nicht hoch bis zur Decke geht. Somit ist es dann oben offen und man kann alles aus dem Bad im restlichen Raum hören. Pool sah für uns jetzt nicht so ansprechend aus. Frühstück gibt es im gegenüberliegenden Restaurant (andere Straßenseite). Man bekommt ein Voucher. War sehr lecker.

Der Wert des Frühstücksvoucher war nicht ganz klar, so dass wir nicht wussten was wir bestellen können. Die Bedienung vor Ort konnte auch nicht weiterhelfen. Es gibt nicht direkt im Hotel einen ATM, man muss ca 5 Minuten laufen.

Pour commencer ou terminer un voyage en Namibie c'est le lieu parfait, le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel dans un cadre idyllique vraiment je le conseille vivement.

Klimaanlage hat leider in beiden Zimmern nicht richtig funktioniert und es gab sehr viele Mücken.

No facility to sit in an air conditioned room as a group to work

Breakfast was across the road at the cafe and it was very tasty and well presented. Room was super clean and quiet. Parking with a roof top tent was easy and the vehicle was safe. Enjoyed our night at the Luxury Suites.

The staff at the breakfast restaurant were not welcoming. I had to wait a really long time to be attended to even if there were only a few people.

The location just outside of city center made it easier for self drivers. It is a very secure property and just across the street from our favorite restaurant which they also own.

Very well located, secure with safe parking and across the road from a brilliant restaurant. Breakfast is provided by a voucher here. Spacious accommodation and a "cosy" outdoor space. Well equipped and appointed bathroom.
