The overall interior of the hotel is exceptional. Though it is a small hotel but very clean and with so much great aroma everywhere. Breakfast is good as well. Reception is fast and helpful. The location is the best in the middle of the downtown. Walking distance from mosque , park , faisalya mall and tahalia Street.

I think bathroom door had some issue. Elevator is very small but it is okay.

The Manager was very helpful. The staff was quite courteous. The room was clean and spacious. Good cozy lobby. Very good location.

Noise till 3:00 am, can’t sleep. They book parties with loud music while guests suffer in their room. Never seen such a bad bed in my travel history. Property seems to be under unprofessional management.

I don't remember such poor breakfast in any other hotel.... it was just awful .... The furniture was old, dirty, full of stains The elevator was small, ugly, and looked dirty We couldn't pay for the hotel in Euro -It was a big obstacle for us
