Hotel is a nice business type hotel. Doesn’t match other luxury collections I stayed at but still nice. Price is reasonable for the chain.

The customer service at this hotel is among the worst I’ve experienced in a 5-star property in India. We had persistent issues with the internet and were repeatedly told someone would call us to resolve it—no one ever did, despite multiple follow-ups. At breakfast, there were plenty of staff, yet it was nearly impossible to get anyone’s attention. When we inquired about dining at one of the hotel’s restaurants, we were told no reservation was needed and to show up at 7 PM. This turned out to be false, forcing us to change our plans as the restaurant actually required a reservation. The poor service extended to many areas, and overall, the experience was deeply disappointing. Its clear there is a management issue here. I would not stay here again.

Ok hotel in a good location.

Service is bureaucratic and slow. Not a bad hotel, just very far from the standard you would expect from hotels at this price point in India. Other places I have stayed are much better

They should have a more diverse menu with other continental dishes as options as well

It’s a luxurious hotel. Various options of restaurants, a great gym and spa, comfortable and very clean rooms with everything that you will need. The staff polite and attentive.

Maybe for solo travelers and for a tighter budget it’s too much luxury. But if you are able to adjust your budget is great to have a quieter, nice place to come back to after all the craziness of the city.

It was very good more varieties should be added. Ambience was good, Bukhara is maintaining its old reputation. three months back i stayed my family in welcome Dwarka it was under renovation but services & food quality was good.

It was my short day.
