Staff, including Mr Anand GM, were very keen to listen and do the needful. Car I used was well kept and the drivers very caring. Only issue was bit of chaos at breakfast - in particular servicing tea. Discussed with Mr Anand and hopefully further steps to improve these will be taken. Overall - simply superb.

Breakfast service needs to be streamlined- albeit food variety offered is amazing. Quality control on food served in room needs to be sharpened. Occasionally an item( e.g. clear vegetable soup) was below standard.

One of the porters was very pushy for tips when he did nothing but follow me from the front door to the cashier.

Fantastisch hotel met zeer top personeel. Geven je het gevoel van thuiskomen. Goed georganiseerde pick up van luchthaven. High tea and happy hours op 6e verdieping echt super. Kom hier zeker terug!

Als ik iets zou moeten zeggen dan is het de incheck procedure. Ik ontvang een mail of ik online wil inchecken. Heb dat gedaan maar alsnog moet ik de “ normale” incheck procedure volgen. Beetje zonde van mijn tijd. Over het personeel bij inchecken alleen maar lof! Zeer aardig en behulpzaam geholpen door Pryar.

Great Great Hotel. Excellent location. Breakfast was amazing. Everyone in staff was eager to help with a smile.

Only slight downside (not a complaint though) is the age of the property. Some furniture and woodwork look a bit tired. Also kids and toddlers can be provided some toys in the room. Anyways these are minor points. The hotel is 10/10 and is highly recommended.

The rooms are spacious, well-equipped and clean. A big thank you to all your reception staff, drivers, doormen, security service, lift bellmen, thank you for their smiles and kindness.

the rooms are a little old-fashioned and the mattresses a little tired. an espresso machine would be ideal in a suite like the one i occupied.

One of the best hotel and just love the variety and taste of the breakfast ....

The very warm welcome

When i checked in, after a couple of minutes a house keeping staff knocked for housekeeping, after telling him that i just checked in, he left and within other 5 minutos another guy opened the room with a master key, and entered my room, really annoying moment by The Leela, no doubt that The hotel us god but honestly the experience was worst, management is poor, after discussing it with the manager he offered a complementary brunch which is not needed at all so what i didn’t had. Very bad & annoying experience.

Location was good for us as it’s connected to mall and near by airport. Very good service and good size room. We went with my kids and it was rakhi. They gave cake and brought puja thaali, flowers & deep and celebrated rakhi with my kids, that was very nice of them.

Almost everything was good. They didn’t have separate kids pool.

Very well appointed rooms, attentive, helpful staff and great service. The location is convenient too. The Ambience mall & multiplex next door is great if you have limited time to spare for entertainment or shopping. The specialty Italian restaurant Zanotta is very good. Would like to specifically mention Suyash at the reception for exceptional customer service and great recommendations.

Access to Ambience mall is Cumbersome

On 25th, We were asked to take the breakfast in Diya which was opposite to the main breakfast area. However,there were limited options available there nor we were offered any menu card so that we could know what options from the kitchen we could get. It was on 26th that we discovered the whole menu that was served in the main breakfast area. So this was little disappointing. Room was not at all spacious.
