Ganz schön abgerockt.
Geld mußte sofort passend bei Ankunft bezahlt werden, wir mussten erstmal zum Geldautomaten.

Owners mother was nice and tried her best despite the fact she couldn’t speak properly english.

Shop is located approximately 50 meters from accommodation.
Missing wifi and television device, this wasn’t owners mistake cuz somebody stole it prior our arrival but still little to minimum effort to fix this issue.

Location is a little far from the center. Most times we needed to get a taxi or just walking.

I loved the view and the host was very kind.
The room provided for us was on the first floor and the pictures of the room were different. I was expecting to see a balcony. It didn't meet with my expectatitons.

The only thing we liked about this property is the view. And it was the only picture that actually match the reality
It was straight up dirty! Blankets, sheets, towels smelled. The beach within walking distance was horrible (will attach pictures below).
The nice sitting area around the fire pit in really is a storage shed, second room that is barely bigger then a closet didn’t have any air conditioning and not enough room to get in bed so our kids had to climb over foot board every time going in and out of the bed.
Blankets 🤢 that we pulled out was all covered with yellow stains and black spots (could have been mold).
Bathroom was sooooo small that only one person at a time can be there and shower wasn’t draining as well.
It won’t let me to upload more then 4 pics unfortunately to show all the gross pictures but please do your self a favor find somewhere else’s to stay!

View was amazing, host was fun and nice, the place felt comfortable and safe. Bed was good, room was clean when we arrived.
There was no wc paper, also we were promises to get cleaning between couple days but didnt get even once in 2 weeks.

Lovely view of the bay from the balcony. Good sized bedroom. Friendly and accommodating host who organised a taxi to the airport for us.
No attachment for the shower head. A little far from the main places of interest in Kotor, but only 30 mins walk so not a major deal.

The view was great.
It had a parking space but it was only for maybe four cars. And they didn't close it so a lot of strangers parked there. We could not find a place for our car. It is a big problem in Montenegro.
It was very cold. When we messaged the facility they did not respond. They had AC but it did not heat. There was a blanket in the room but it was not clean. We had to cover it ourselves.
We paid cash and they did not give a receipt.

The view from the apartment is very beautiful and it’s in a quiet location. The check-in was quick and easy by ringing the doorbell of the apartment above.
There are no restaurants around and there isn’t a path to walk safely to the old town, but for me it wasn’t a problem because I had already visited the centre for several nights and I was happy to eat on my terrace with the beautiful view.

The view is amazing, stunning. parking is great and the whole property looks nice.
The host was really lost, the location on the booking is not correct as there are 2 bella vista places, so it was hard to find them and they weren't at all ok to come to pick us up when we told them where we are.
The young lady that was there on the check-up didn't know which apartment/room we booked, how many nights or if we paid or not. Also, they did not register us, as they did not take our documents.

You have a beautiful view over the bay of Kotor from the appartment. Everything you need is in the appartment. It’s quite basic, but clean. Next to the appartment is a small shop.
The appartment is about 30 mins walking from the city center of Kotor, and you have to walk on a busy road without sidewalk. Therefore we sometimes took a taxi when it was dark.

A bit too far from the Old Town and not so easy to walk there since the pathway is too narrow and could be dangerous in the dark or rain.

Apartment is located in beautiful small fisher place called Muo, 15 minutes walk from Kotor.
We had some trouble with network so navigation wasn't working well, but host helped and greeted us.
The view from the apartment was astonishing. Every morning started with the view on Kotor, Perast, sea, mountains etc..
The place was furnished with towels, dishes, fridge..
Nearby you have well equipment local store with all necessary things.
At some point we needed tp. There was no extra in apartment so we had to contact the host. It was easy because someone is always there, but we would find it more pleasant if tp was already in apartment.

Amazing view! Just sat in balcony for half a day and enjoyed view of the Kotor.
Comfortable apartment, you can find everything what you need. Good location, near Kotor center and quiet.
Balcony has two sun beds but they are so dirty and and needs to be changed or moved because it just ruins the apartment image. Balcony needs to get renovated because of the view people are spending most of the time there but ir looks not as good as apartament.
Apartment is very dark, but i guess its because of hot weather in the summer so it was ok with us.

Bella Vista is awesome. Hosts are very kind and helpful. Room is very clean, cosy and with all needed equipment such as air condition, good WiFi, fridge and kitchen utensils. View from tarrace is on the sea, mountains and Kotor Old Town. There is small shop about 50 meters next to location with basic grocery (bread, fruits, beer). Neighbourhood is calm, safe and quiet. We recommend it in 100%. If we would visit Kotor again, we'll choose this place again. Cheers!

very close location to city. 15-20 min walk to restraunts and old city by the road 10cm above the water is stunning and romantic
very green area of hotel which has few pretty cats ;)
but the really best in this apps is price/quality/location/view ballance.
1. communication
Lady who met us have very basic EN (or Ukrainian oe Russian) spoken language which made communication issues. not critical tho.
2. Comfort
Only 1 air conditioning device for apps with 3 rooms is defenitely not enough.
3. Size
2 bedroom #1 apps has one of the rooms more like a closet size than an bedroom. only bed inside with tiny space to climb into that bed.
4. Generic
this village don't have often public transportations and walking to the kotor is dangerous due to road specifics.
