The apartment is great, immaculately clean, and very comfortable. The view of the Kotor Bay is to die for. The owner (and her son Ilija) are supremely nice and very helpful. We were even provided detergent for the washing machine to do our laundry. And of course, private and secure parking is a huge plus! We definitely enjoyed staying in this beautiful apartment, and I highly recommend.

We liked everything! But domě persons may feel that almost 25 min walk to reach the main gate into Kotor Old Town is too much. We enjoy walking, that even in the rain, it didn't bother us at all...

We stayed there only one night, it was a good experience. The host was really kind, the view and the terrace are amazing even though the building is located on the street. There is a private parking in front of the apartment. Quiet place with blinds which was important for us to get rested.

There was a smell when you open the refrigerator even though it was perfectly clean.

everything was perfect, especially location: quiet and just 3-5 min drive from Kotor Old City.

The view from the terrace is incredible. It’s about a 20 minute walk to old town and all the other bars and restaurants are on the opposite side. There is a small shop about a 5 minute walk. I would highly recommend staying here as long as you don’t mind the walk into town as the views and peacefulness make up for it. The apartment has everything you need as well and the hosts were very welcoming and stayed up late to make sure we checked in fine.

The only negative was the walk but it’s a very nice walk and it goes quick. There is a bus as well but we didn’t end up using it. We didn’t even bother with taxis either.

Clean pleasant room. Everything you need to cook breakfast or dinner on your own. Excellent view of the bay and Kotor, Quiet street. Sunny side.

There are no hooks for clothes and towels in the bathroom. Poor sound insulation with adjacent rooms. Neighbors can be heard from other rooms.

Parkinson was a bit of a hussle

Friendly staff, small but very well equipped rooms with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owner was ready to help with everything. There was a small beach very close to the room.

The owner recommended that we dine at an overpriced restaurant with extremely slow service and tasteless food. We have wasted money and time. The apartment had only one air conditioner in the cabin. The towels were very old.

we loved the location, stunning views. 25 minutes to the old town but we enjoyed the walk. it is a family run business who can not do enough for you.

Clean and comfortable one bedroom apartment with great view of Kotor. Host was helpful and welcoming, easy check-in and check-out. The apartment was within walking distance to Old Town or easily accessible by car. Good value for money.

Location ( you have the beach in front of you and the view of Kotor old town.) It takes 30 mins to get to the old town but didn’t bother us. The interior and the ac was good. Communication with the host was smooth

The shower holder was broken. The hair dryer was kept in the top shelf of the wardrobe and couldn’t find it easy. The location detail on Booking.com took us to the wrong place

Good location to explore the area, parking on premises, clean, pleasant host. There's an excellent bakery relatively close.

If you're really into vintage traditional Mediterranean experience, this place may be a bit too modern for you.

The owners of the apartments are really lovely. They give you a warm welcome and you can ask for anything if you need help. The amazing view and the possibility to swim in front of the door (which is Lower than the road which gives some privacy) is awesome.

The location and view from the balcony is perfect. There is everything needed in the room. Parking is available, and a very helpful host who helped us to fix our flat tire. Thank you ☺️
