Beautifully located accomodation in Piran, 1 Minute from the coast. The staff is really nice and helped us during our stressfull arrival. It was very easy to communicate in german and english and they gave lots of tips for parking, eating and spending time in piran. Super helpful and nice!
It is located in a small side-alley and a surprisingly quiet location.
We even got a bigger room than we booked which was nice.
Breakfast was really good. You could choose when you would like to eat in the morning. There are lots of options for food and drinks and fresh coffee/tea, as well as warm croissants are served to the table.
The hosts really make you feel at home and the garden outside where you can eat is just stunning!
We enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend it to others!
Since Piran is car free you can only enter the town with your car for 30 Minutes for unloading luggage and then have to park outside in one of the parking garages.
However since you can't reach the B&B with car and there are no parking spaces anywhere nearby we were struggling to find a place to put our car for unloading. After a stressful 15 minutes of navigating the Labyrinth of really narrow and lively streets in search for an temporary parking space we had to leave our car in the middle of an alley and walk from there.
Luckily nothing happened and we were able to leave just in time, (also thanks to the help of the very understanding staff and a really fast checkin) but it was quite a stressful arrival.
If you have little luggage, definitely just park outside and walk to the B&B!

As soon as you arrive, you feel you are welcome.
Very helpful staff in the reception - good guidens about Piran in general. Good beds, good A/C and very fine renovated rooms.
The highlight is the breakfast in the small cozy garden.
Nothing - but tip could be: Make it possible to buy cold softdriks and water in the evening.
It is not a problem , while you can boy it around the corner.- so it is just to make it more convenient for the guests and optimize the income for the BB.

Awesome breakfast in the garden, housing practically in the city center, not far from the garage. Staff was friendly also they suggested us to visit many places around. I am generally really satisfied.
Tiny harmless pharaoh ants in the bathroom are nothing compared to pluses.

Good location in the old town. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Good breakfast.
Room was very small with sloped ceiling. Bonked our heads a few times. Minimalist accommodations. Building was loud. Could hear all the guests tromping up and down the stairs. Our room, while quiet on the highest floor, had no windows…just skylight. Definitely recommend reserving a normal size room at this B&B.

It´s well located in a quite street of Piran near the main square. Staff is very kind and they prepare a nice breakfast in the garden when weather allows.
Our room at the ground floor was smaller than expected and quite dark. The beds were very simple and not very comfortable.

Room was hot but AC helped a lot. Great breakfast in the garden in the morning. Location is perfect. Tad on the expensive side for what you get but this applies to Piran as a whole.
Room is rather small, not much space to move around.

Amazing location. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful, and speak multiple languages! Rooms are cozy, breakfast is nice and has vegan options.
If you're over 1.90m you probably won't fit under the shower, over 1.95 you'll bump your head on the ceiling in the shower 😉

lovely location, great and friendly staff! Cute outdoor area to eat breakfast in (with an almost 100-year old kiwi tree!!).
I liked most things! but a very small suggestion: I would have liked a screen in the bedroom to get some fresh air in + mosquitoes out, without using the aircon. Now we had to keep the windows closed and the (quite old and temperamental) aircon on.

location!! friendly staff with helpful tips for restaurants etc. breakfast very nice in the courtyard.
Ours was a very small room and there were lots of stairs to climb. The Ceiling was very low in places for us (but then we are quite tall!!) Check-in was tricky if you were arriving before 3pm.

Be carefull about parking in the garage house, your ticket needs to be marked/approved by the accomodation before payment, otherwise you will pay more than 20€/ day.
Bed mattress in our room was too soft for us, but it is question of preferences :)

The property is located in an ideal location. We were given good directions for dropping our luggage off in Old Town and then to the parking lot. We arrived early and were able to drop our luggage so we could begin exploring Old Town. We got great suggestions for happy hour, dinner and sites. The next morning, breakfast in the garden was the perfect way to start our day. Our host was kind enough to print off tickets we needed for the day.

In Piran, parking is not very comfortable but the host is very organized to ensure maximum ease for check in.
We were offered a room upgrade since the B&B was not full, which was much appreciated.
The host is very kind and available for any request.

Stay at this B&B was amazing! The atmosphere of this place is authentic, delicious, rich breakfast and a great location. The host is very friendly, helpful and thoughtful of birthdays with a very lovely gift.

The hostess was very friendly. Perfect breakfast with warm croissants. Good location.
Wifi was very poor, almost nonexistent. We had a room in the attic, so there was no air while you close the window during the night. We had a room on the third floor, the ladders are narrow, so it would be difficult to take luggage with us to the room. There's no possibility to reach B&B by car, you have to park as close as possible to take the luggage out because the parking is 650 m away up to a hill (while in the description it says 400 m). Parking actually costs 15 eur, not 10 eur as it says in the booking.
