The entire property was impressive; well maintained, clean, relaxing areas to just hang out. Great for young families with children.

Breakfast or at least coffee would be appreciated. They did offer a breakfast basket for a fee.

It was a very cosy and pleasant stay for us. The apartment was well equipped. The indoor pool and the playing ground were definitely a plus. It was worth the experience. Very nice staff. Kastelruth is a small town but so nice to walk by.

The appartment was very cosy and practical, and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, and the massage service available on site. Each appartment gets a locker by the pool which is very convenient. Free parking is available. We also received free tickets for public transport. Having a laundry room was also very useful. There is no breakfast room but you can order breakfast baskets. Good value for money

no restaurant in the Hotel, you need to plan your meals and buy from outside. it’s just sometimes less convenient, but plenty of great restaurants around

Excellent facilities. Pool, jacuzzi, sauna after whole day of skis was superb addition. Ski buss stop few meters away from the place. Staff very friendly. Elevators and trolleys from garage to your floors.

It is a great hotel. Very good location. Apartments are large, well equiped. Sauna and swimming pool perfect after skiing. I can fully recommend this hotel.

The lady at the reception was very nice and helpful. The apartment was big, new and the beds were really good. The room had direct access to the garden and playground. The swimming pool was great and my kids enjoyed it very much. The Spa was also great (even though the access was limited to 1 person or family group at a time, I did not have problems to get in, s very few people were staying at the hotel on this low season).

The kitchen is well equipped, but I would have liked to have some essentials which you normally use very little of being provided by the hotel, like salt, sugar, soap to wash the dishes (they provide it for the dishwasher).

Great apartment for families with children. Huge play ground outside and a room inside. Pool and spa. Great shower in the apartment. very good price in Mid-September.
