Nothing to complain about, really nothing

The pool area was lovely and relaxing. Breakfast was amazing I would return on the strength of the breakfast alone 👌👌 The location is great and very quiet with plenty of coffee shops close by. Staff were very friendly and attentitive. Taxi rank across the street from the hotel so never waited long for a taxi Shower was amazing in our room. Cocktails were amazing 👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌 in the bar. And the tables and chairs outside were very comfy and the heaters were very effective.

There was only one small issue with regard to the use of the pool and its availability during our stay but the on duty manager Aisling was very helpful and accommodating in this regard and ensured that we got to avail of the facilities.

Im Zimmer hatte es Flecken an der Decke und die Dusche war auch teils stark abgenutzt.

Location, comfortable beds, water pressure and temperature. Reception and concierge were helpful and friendly.

Smell from drains in bathroom. Bedroom dusty, especially the top of bed and bedside units. Delay in check in.

Beautiful property- comfortable rooms - large pool & jacuzzi for a city centre hotel - main restaurant had some of the best food we’ve had anywhere. Service impeccable, helpful & friendly staff.

Bathroom only had a shower & was a little on the small side & as slow walkers it took us a little longer to walk into the city centre but not a showstopper

Really pleasant and polite staff, Lukas was great! Very clean and elegant looking, a hotel that made you feel good!

Parking cost £40 euros because our van was too big, let us park our front as a one off, but didn’t mention how much it would cost!

Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und sehr gut. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich. Ebenfalls gut ist der SPA-Bereich, wenngleich ein wenig klein.

Sehr störend: Die Zimmer lassen sich nicht lüften, die Fenster können nicht geöffnet werden, die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert. In meinem Zimmer war ein penetranter, muffiger Geruch, der sich nicht vertreiben ließ und meinen Aufenthalt nachhaltig beeinträchtigt hat. Für mich ein Grund, nicht zurückzukehren.

Very Clean, Ideal location as we were at the Bord Gais Theatre. I have a disability so the staff were extremely helpful and kind. Room was very spacious. Breakfast was fantastic such a great variety.

We ended up ordering from the Room Service Menu. We only ordered two toasted sandwiches and some toast and ended up paying €60. We found this to be a crazy price!!

Chambre très bien équipée et très joliment décoré. Restaurant très bien et personnels très pro, surtout que nous nous sommes retrouvé le 24 Décembre et tout était fermé et qu'ils nous ont accueillis très chaleureusement.

The spa, rooms and staff were amazing. Especially Ivan, Kevin and Cassio who went above and beyond to meet our needs. All the staff was brilliant though.

Town center is about 30 minute walking distance. It is easy to reach by taxi but can get expensive when doing this multiple times

Familie cu 2 copii. Petrecut revelion în Dublin Hotel foarte confortabil. Cu toate facilitățile restaurant, spa, piscină.. Pozitionare buna, relativ aproape de centru vechi ( 20 minute de mers pe jos) dar plimbare plăcută pe malul râului.. Micul dejun foarte bun cu multe fructe suc natural.. Cu stima Fam. Covalciuc - Romania

Am petrecut revelionul în acest Hotel.. Foarte frumos.. DJ cu musica life, bar la ultimul etaj cu vedere asupra orașului.. Din păcate nu au fost organizate din partea hotelului artificii și nu ne-a fost oferit măcar un pahar de spumant de Revelion

if i had to point out one thing it would be that the bathroom had both bathtub and shower cabin but neither had mobile shower. it was a bit hard to clean after the bath.

Every hotel needs Kevin, what a warm hospitable welcome to the hotel, nothing was too much bother! Staff are friendly and professional. Housekeeping was excellent. Breakfast was first class! Quiet location.

Not so much a dislike but room oddly shaped with very bright spotlights above bed … room itself felt very masculine and conference like. No means to open window so heavily reliant on A/C. Long corridors, black walls and doors with suspended ceiling looked like offices.

We absolutely loved Kevin the door man, very helpful, professional and helpful. Infact every member of staff we encountered were professional and respectful. The bar food excellent, staff again brilliant. We are already planning our New Year’s Eve visit.

Room 401 extremely dark with poor natural and artificial lighting. Water pressure awful in bathroom. No cold water at basin!
