Staff working at the hotel are all very nice and friendly, especially Eric at the reception. The concierge boys are very kind, as well as the cleaning ladies and they always great you with a smile. I had dinner at Mingyue Restaurant and the food was exceptional, very well done chef and waiters! Pet's Paradise is a must to visit, animals are kept very well and the guardian will introduce to you each and every one of them. He really takes good care of the animals.

The atmosphere of this property is excellent, it's quiet, calm, and everything you can imagine about quality vacation. Staff are very helpful, always down to assist you with your needs. Breakfast was good as well, small but it covers various range of food you can think of. Terrace and the tub was the best part, especially on rainy days in Beibei.

Lobby bar was closed due to covid and the location of this property is not l exactly the best. If you need to buy anything, you will have to get out of the area and it is quite challe to catch or call a cab.

Reception staff were friendly. Bed was comfortable . In the morning we had no hot water in the hot tub or showers. Called reception and they offered us another room until check out.

Room wasn’t so warm. The balcony hot tub in room I stayed in was not private. A maintenance guy was walking below there, i guess to do his job, but could see straight onto our balcony & so no privacy. Very few vegetarian options on the menu.

Beautiful traditional Chinese and Buddhist design; A quiet place simply to relax, enjoy, and not to leave the hotel. Breakfast is very diverse.

The swimming pool is a little bit dark; could be more inviting to stay. The Bar was closed and there was no entertainment in the evening. Be prepared to face mosquito bites.

Great location, hot spring in room was excellent, comfortable bed.

Breakfast is great, the room is very clean and nice. In room Hot Spring is big and very nice temperature over looking nice mountain.

It is very far from city and the restaurants are not having much food selections.
