Good location next to the metro station which can take you to the main train station in Naples. Room was clean and the air con worked fine which was definitely needed in the heat.

The place is one thing: wonderful location, it's 15 mins walk from the lovely Beach, you can reach any destination with metro which is just around the corner, restaurants and stores also very close and this was great. There's a kitchen and bathroom in the apartament, everything cute and tidy, we spent lovely time at B&B Amedeo 😍 what is even more important is the host: Federico is so kind and helpful, he's So open to any requests and questions, we were offered to leave our luggage long after we were leaving the room just in case it's more confortable to collect it right before flight. Our weekend was amazing and I am So happy I chose this B&B as the price was nice and i expected a place in medium condition, while this was awesome and stylish, even the oldschool elevator in the building 🔥 if you still Wonder where to go: don't! This one is perfect, you're gonna love it!

Federico is such a nice host! He welcomed us in person and provided all the information and advice we needed, and also allowed us to leave the luggage long after check-out so we could walk around the city worry-free. The coffee and pastry that are included in the price are such a sweet experience. The coffee place in the piazza is very cute and opened both of our mornings there with a smile and happy tummy :) Thank you!

location (good part of Naples), super close to metro station and taxis, cost/quality ratio, very large room with balcony, fridge in the room and huge storage space, building with kerb appeal, very nice host/manager who helps you during the stay and to plan travel

a bit noisy, no coffee/tea maker in the room, interior design could be better I would certainly stay again

The room was fine but the staff not so much. They asked us via whatsapp about our arrival time and we didn't see the message until an hour later. And since we had not responded the person threatened to cancel our reservation when we had not even seen the message.

It was actually a small apartment with a mini kitchen. I could cook my meals. I love Federico. He is like the son I wish I had. He will do anything he can to accomodate guests. The fridge wasn't working well so he replaced it while I was there. An acutal fridge, not a minibar. Dimora Bellini in Palermo wins the prize for figuring out COVID breakfast. They give vouchers for the bar across the street. All Italian places need to adopt this system.

furniture was old, the place is not clean as it looks in the pictures, we had to change rooms during our stay, the rooms were not clean when we arrived and we had to wait and above all its very expensive compared to the quality of the place, it could be much better.
