The apartment is very nice and well equipped. There is a lot of place for clothes and other stuff.
Also it is pretty large, there are 2 rooms. I only took one photo of the “livingroom”
The staff is very helpful and kind.
The apartment was very clean, and bright.
The location is great, the old town is easily reachable with a bunch of different buses. By foot it takes around 10-15 minutes to reach the castle for example.
Maybe the only thing worth to mention is the view from the room. Obviously it is not the owners fault. And also it is not awful, just not the very best.

Very nice apartment. Clean, everything is working. The staff is helpful and friendly. The location, although it may seem cumbersome, turns out to be quite enjoyable. It is safe and, despite appearances, easy to get everywhere. We were very happy with this apartment.

We loved our stay at Visa Residence, the location was great, close to the food stores and coffee shops. The stuff was very helpful and even ordered a taxi to the central station for us.

The apartments were big and very well equipped. They clean the apartments daily if you request it. The staff is nice, they clean very efficiently and quickly. We had a big terrace with a great view to the back garden but there’s also a communal space on the top of the building with chairs and tables.
The location was a bit tricky since it was really close to supermarkets, bakery’s and fruit shop which is a big thumbs up. On the other hand it’s quite far from the old town and the beach (around 40 minutes walk). I would recommend choosing this place if you plan on driving around, don’t mind paying for taxis or if you like walking in unbearable heat.

property was very clean and provided many amenities. Location was about 15-20 mins walk from old town and about 15-20 mins walk from the train station, so was a very good location to see both Bari and also other places such as Monopoli and Polignano A Mare from the station. felt very safe here and had a very nice stay.

if you want to sleep well choose this place! :-) We enjoyed our stay. two separate rooms, balcony, kitchen in the corridor, bathroom. the decor is not the newest but the place is really clean and quiet and the service is very friendly and helpful :-) The location for our needs was also good. we enjoyed the stay.

Exceptional staff and customer service! The communication was very smooth, they were very responsive. The best of all was that they were able to offer very early check-in, which was fantastic!
No soundproofing. You could hear people next door talking, moving things around, taking the stairs, etc.

Staff is helpful and nice. Apartment is spacious, two separate rooms (one room has no air conditioning). Our windows were to the street, but when you close everything, there's not much noise. Fridge and everything you need in the kitchen. Comfortable bed. Tidy, but not newly refurbished as someone described earlier. 13 euros by taxi to Pomodoro free public beach. Area looked safe for us. Walking distance from Brigata Bari metro station - direct trains to airport.
Walking distance to the old town - around 20 minutes. Not very far, but if you want to come and go again, especially with kids and in the heat +32, it looks far. And there's no direct public transport to the old town. As there was no breakfast offered, we could not find any nice restaurants near by or even small cafeteria.

it is very difficult to find street parking in the area and private parking costs 20 euros per day

Lovely roof top terrasse. Fully renovated building. Specious rooms. Every day cleaning. Staff was very helpful. They provided us with umbrellas because it was rainy and booked for us taxi to the airport early in the morning.
Not the best location. About 25 min by feet to Bari Centrale or to the historic city. No convenient public transport nearby.

Lovely hotel with a beautiful terrace. Very clean and comfortable. The personnel was very responsive. We were accommodated early in the morning because our flight was early.
