Air conditioning didn’t work and they couldn’t fix it. Neither there was any refund for the inconvenience .

We loved our little cabin! Didn’t use much of the shared facilities but it all looked really nice.

Had a bit of an ant problem in our kitchen but that’s to be expected so close to the outdoors I guess.

We stayed at the tent and were surprised it felt like an African safari. Good beds and well stocked. Loved it!!

We loved the pools and the cabin we stayed in with the private bathroom. I would come back for these reasons. If I have a large group I would still stay for the pools.

Amazing welcome from the Reception desk, very helpful. I like the lodge cabin, stylish and spacious. Comfortable beds, it has all the basics for a good stay. The heater is very useful and working great!

There is no cover in front of the lodge, on a rainy day you get wet from trying to open the door! My lodge was not clean at all, the table was sticky and disgusting. A bathroom heater would be welcome :-)

Over all the morning receptionist had a wonderful, inviting appearance about her and gave me the most comfortable suitable room that made my stay very pleasant. She made sure I was comfortable with my room mates and also took into consideration that I was a female needing the room on a pay later preference. She was the nicest experience over all.

That the rooms did not have paper towels and a inside seating arrangement as it was too cold to eat out on the porch. But besides that I had a nice stay. Thank you.

Good customer service and the location of the cabin. Bike washing station. Good setup in the cabin .

Price is a bit high for the cabin. The hot pools have added chlorine now and should have the sulfur water like they used to have

Nice easy to stay at. Cute little cabins for quick stay over for motorcross the next day.

The bunk mattress wasn't goof we had to double them up.

The pools were nice, liked they stayed open rather late so we could pop down for a peaceful soak without any kids around.

The back block facilities behind our cabin were really run down, and the shower was realllllly old... Bathroom didn't hold much heat soooo having a shower was absolutely freezing lol but as soon as we found main block of facilities everything was good. Bathroom stayed warm enough for showers
