Very COLD in the room and in the bathroom. The heating works very bad. No one on the reception after 20:00.

I booked a cheaper room, two things could be updated, like the tap in the bathroom was a little troublesome to handle and a towel holder was a little loose. But the room was still nice and very clean! It was not too bad because of the very affordable price and the very kind staff :) I will definitely visit again next time I’m in Osnabrück!

We had a very nice room and very quite. But at 01.00 clock in the morning other guest start talking and smoking in the garden so we were awakened.

Friendly and helpfull staff! Very good location. Basic breakfast, but very good and delicious. Fresh scrambled egg if you wanted! No problem staying there again.

I little bit small shower cabinet. But not a problem even for me at seventy!

The hotel was very clean and nicely renovated with the stylish design being cozy as well. I traveled alone and arrived on a Sunday when everything was closed, but the receptionist called Marion (hope I got it right) made my day. She was super friendly helping to find things to explore and pointing out the way, thank you so much! :)

Courteous, helpful staff who allowed me to check in two hours early, including giving me access to the underground garage so I didn't have to find somewhere else to park. Excellent English (making up for my embarrassing lack of German). The hotel is VERY well located in the centre of the town. I was able to make the most of the rest of the day. Large room, comfortable bed, good bathroom, plenty of hot water, great shower. Excellent breakfast: fresh fruit, yoghurt, rolls, cold meats, scrambled eggs, cheeses, coffee and juice. Plentiful, inexpensive (€7.50). It was available from 0630 - important for me because I had a very long drive ahead.

My room was one of the 'less contemporary' rather than 'more contemporary' of the ones in the pictures. But it was still fine.

Underground parking with a lift for ease of access. Lovely breakfast and good speedy Wi-Fi.

Needs a bedside table or unit for us old folk to keep bits and pieces on.
