The lady who owns the hotel was very sweet and so fun to talk to. She even tried to upgrade our room. The plaza at this hotel is extremely beautiful and exceed my expectation. The tapas restaurant was a 10!

Nothing everything was stellar

Great stay at this excellent hotel. The staff was very helpful in getting where I wanted to go. I toured around the town, ate extremely delicious food and toured the active volcano with a great tour to the national volcano park and museum. A stop at the Chocolate Factory is a must. The climate was awesome, and the people were excellent. The room was perfecto!

Great attention from staff, super friendly Good breakfast options

Placing of furniture was a bit weird, and made getting to the bathroom a little hard. Shower curtain was stained. Internet in room 11 was dodgy at best.

We loved the open courtyard setting amongst lush tropical gardens and beautiful tile. Our room was very clean and well maintained with a lovely balcony. The staff was so welcoming and very helpful. We really enjoyed the fresh delicious breakfast and coffee!! Hoping to stay again before our trip is over!

We were greeted by Jose who was very warm and personable. The rooms were clean, comfortable and the bedrooms felt cozy . The rest of the staff , Maria, the cook and waiter were attentive to needs and accommodating to requests. Hotel was close to the plaza , local sites and eateries on my go to list.

The central location in Granada Nicaragua. The gardens were beautiful within the interior of the hotel. The staff and check-in was all top notch. We also met the owners and enjoyed talking to her all 3 days.

Location is great! Charming place and the staff are very helpful. This was my second stay and will definitely stay again!

Our room didn’t cool down very much, but enough that we could sleep. Stairs are tough if you have any heavy bags (if you aren’t on the 2nd floor)

The eating area in the outside courtyard was fabulous. Great location to walk around Granada. I’d definitely live here if I could. Also, nice veranda to sit outside in the evening and open air shower. Loved it!

Not so much that I didn’t like but we missed breakfast because it ended at 9:30.
