La colazione è stata sufficiente

Siamo arrivati nell orario indicato nella prenotazione e la reception era chiusa. Non abbiamo ricevuto nessuna notifica in merito. Dopo un primo momento di smarrimento ci siamo recati alla reception dell Ibis hotel accanto, lì ci hanno fatto il check-in. Sapevano di dover pagare la tassa di soggiorno e il soggiorno del cagnolino che viaggia con noi. Malgrado dal telefono avessi ricevuto la notifica che il pagamento era andato a buon fine, il receptionist ha continuato a dirmi che la mia carta non era riconosciuta. Ho ripagato la quota in contanti e sono ancora in attesa dello storno del pagamento 😏. Mi è stato consegnato il codice d accesso alla camera e con enorme sorpresa ho dovuto fare il terzo letto sopra il quale era posizionato un sacco con lenzuola, piumino ed asciugamani. La cifra pagata per una stanza tripla non è stata proprio economica è mai più mi sarei aspettata un tale disagio. Non mi sento di consigliare la struttura.

On connez se gendre d hôtels sont les mêmes dan toute la France. Désolé il faut prévenir les clients : il n y a pas ascenseur au troisième étage. J'ai des souci mais je tiens. J' espère vieillissent aussi les jeunes qui travaillent et qui trouvent les mêmes soucis... Pour comprendre les difficultés des clients. Merci

Absence ascenseur

Staff was super helpful and we enjoyed the buffet at the other connecting Ibis hotel .

The room was tiny and lacked ANY amenities. We had to call downstairs for a hair dryer and the desk clerk went over to the other hotel to get us ice.

All was at it should be.

The stairs! I was on the third floor. No lift! Also the signage to the Ibis Budget was broken so I ended up at the Ibis normal first.

It was a great place for the overnight rest, quiet and clean.

Room was stinking and we changed to other Hotel.
