Very clean and comfortable

Sadly we were woken up with workmen building beside our unit. We knew they were there but a little courtesy with a later start in the morning would have been appreciated

Rooom was very pleasant, sun had warmed it beautifully. The room had an amazing view over the bay & snow covered range. We choose this end of the town to be within walking distance from a lovely old hotel for dinner & we were not dissapointed.

Location is incredible, just off the coast, feels you can reach out and just touch the water :) It’s close enough to the town so you don’t miss out and far enough for a short walk and incase you wish to be away from the hustle in peak season. Was fascinated when offered milk upon check-in :)

The room was a little small for 3 ppl.. not enough space to keep our luggage and walk about without hopping over stuff.

Loved the location and the view. Property was quiet and bed super comfortable.

View was fantastic, host very friendly.

Only one small thing, the shower was a dripple and not hot enough.

Super friendly, very clean and comfortable, nice view, you are able to walk into town of Kaikoura but it is a while. We knew that before therefore no complaints here. We loved it very much. Thank you.

All in all it was great! The room parfume/ smell in the room was too sweet, too intense, I needed lots of fresh air to get used to it. But everything else was wonderful!

Didn't realize this was a pet motel with two pets next door, but all well-controlled; no noise at night
