Superb views. Breakfast included, the soy milk was one of the best i had in Taiwan. The noodles are great too. Friendly staff and comfortable beds.
Rather stuffy on second level but fans were provided for each bed during summer. No aircondition but it was okay for a day stay. But it is normal for villas i have stayed in cing Jing previously probably due to geographical location. Would be better if the shower and toilet could be separated by a shower curtain to prevent the toilet from being wet as we are travelling as a family.

Cabins of various types set in a spacious wooded garden area. A variety of pleasant outdoor seating options in common areas. Great spaces to sit with friends and have a conversation over drinks. Good views from some parts of the property.
The cabin was tiny, smaller than I expected, and the bed was a mattress on the floor that while not uncomfortable, could have been more comfortable. The clerk who checked us in did not appear to be very experienced, and it took quite some time to get our rooms assigned and payment processed. They have an on-sight hot pot restaurant, and we wanted to have dinner there, but learned that you have to book at least a day in advance. They don't serve walk-in diners.

Cold receptionist, room condition is quite rundown. Washing sink is stained. Pillows too soft, poor support. TV signal poor reception. Not worth the price to pay for the room.

although I felt the entire stay was quite bad but the second morning me and my family was greeted by 2 housekeepers with smile, very warm and kind.
the front desk lady was cold, and she didn’t even look at me during the entire checkout session.
they have few buggy but they cannot help you with the luggage which is very high up from the drop off area.
the interior was old and hardly consider well-maintained, it’s clean but it just too old and stained.

very helpful staff. located near bus stop and some restaurants and 7-11. Decent breakfast. stated 3 nights.
I booked the concrete tube room, which was cute and fun. BUT they only provided electric blanket, not heater in winter. So warm while in bed. Freezing once got out of bed , to change or use the bathroom/toilet. I would rather have a little fan heater than electric blanket.

Staffs are friendly, breakfast was awesome, great views.
It’s a bit of a climb, could use a microwave in the kitchen and I would recommend if you are visiting without any young ones, ask for upper floors or it could be very noise.

The room and facilities are excellent. I liked the 2 TVs, especially if you have kids. The kids can take 1 and wife and I can take one. The scenery from the balcony was wonderful even though I did not manage to see the sea of clouds.
I wanted to put the mosquito netting but still lock the window. Apparently, the hotel says no one locks the window. Personally I feel a bit unsafe with this. Also, the spaghetti at breakfast is soft. I prefer my spaghetti al dente.

The staff were most welcoming and warm. Beautiful views. Spacious grounds. V near Swiss Garden, 5 mins walk. A great hotel in Cingjing.
We took a family villa for 6, double storey but it only had 1 toilet. Didn't expect this.

There's no free transport service to drive us to the property from the drop down point at the svs ctr.
