what an amazing Villa! we traveled with 10 adults( grumpy parents in law,80 who dont like to travel :-) !) us(56) our grown up children and their partners (38,36, 24) and grandchildren twins11! 5,and 2 years old ! i was so worried traveling with so many people but everything was perfect! the heated pool(30C),pool table, kicker, ping pong table! all came in handy on those cold and windy days! we had enough utensils and plates, cups, glasses in the kitchen to cook and eat! Beds were super comfy! views were beautiful, especially the roof top! everything was clean, and yes i also found some cigarette buds from previous renters, but that had nothing to do with the cleaners, but inconsiderate smokers, cant expect cleaners to search under every pepples or stone! Imaginevillas always helpful before and while there! thanks for making our 10 day trip celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary such a happy event! thanks for the late check out, made our last day so relaxed!

a bigger refrigerator or an outside refrigerator for beverages would be nice, but we managed!

The person in charge of leasing the property was very helpful and the units available were cleaned thoroughly and had the amenities as listed.

There was a very big confusion as to the property rented. Apparently, the post for the Villa had multiple units and there was no clarity as to the reserved unit. We loved the house that we booked (6 bedroom), but apparently that was not the one we had reserved and this caused a lot of frustration. But it is worthy to mention that the agent did her best to accommodate us in a different holiday home more suitable for our requirements.

The location was brilliant, close to everything with stunning views but not overlooked.

the lack of kitchen utensils, there are no pots / pans to cook veg in and the kettle and coffee machine are tired and worked intermitently.

The property is very very nice, huge villa, the pool was nice and it got cleaned in the middle of our stay. The stuff was very nice and tried to meet our expectations. Close to the town but still a little bid distant and quite.

The villa was not as clean as we would like - some bathroom were clogged, cigarette butts in the front porch and around the pool, very dirty sheet in some of the wordrobes forgotten after previous people who stayed there, under the beds was dirty, windows and terraces as well.

Everything about this property was spot on. Great location, lovely design and great facilities. The family thoroughly enjoyed their stay and the hosts were friendly and available on the other end of the phone.

We booked this property last minute during coronavirus and as a result got a great deal. The villa itself was lovely - great pool and sea views, good sized bedrooms with lots of storage. Air con in each room. The showers get really nice and hot with good pressure. We were only 4 staying in a villa for 10 so it definitely felt really spacious but I think it would be quite tight for 10 people especially considering only ~5 sunloungers. For us, it was great. The kitchen is well equipped and came with things like washing up liquid and the bathrooms had shower gel etc which is always handy. The communication we had beforehand to intro us to the villa etc was really good. We did have a problem with locking the sliding doors to the pool area but they sent round someone to look at it really quickly. They were really helpful with booking taxis into town etc. We were able to extend our check out free of charge as our flight home wasn’t until 10.40pm which was hugely helpful. Location wise there isn’t an awful lot within walking distance (bars / restaurants/ shops) but we had a hire car and drive to Protaras and Ayia Napa. It was a short walk to Cape Greco which was stunning and we enjoyed hiking there in the mornings.

The only thing we struggled with was driving to the villa late in the evening after landing because the turning from the main road isn’t easy to see but otherwise fine. And once we had done the drive in the daytime it was much easier to see.
