Café da manhã a contento, com variedade de frutas, ovos, queijos, café e leite, sucos. A comida do Sheroton, onde jantava, excelente. A atencão dos funcionários para conosco, a prontidão no atendimento. O fato do hotel ser do lado do Centro de Convenções onde se realizou a Conferência Mundial.
No Sheraton não gostei da canja de galinha, muito pálida, faltando ingredientes como batata, cenoura e tomate. O ar condicionado muito forte, apesra de soliciatr para abaixar por duas vezes não fui atendida, mas posteriormente localizei inde se encontrava o dispositivo. Pelo haver muita gente no hotel, às vezes demorava um pouco para reporem os alimentos do café da manhã.

Rooms where really nice and big. Ac on point, beds where very comfortable. Front desk was amazing and the housekeeping lady was very attentive.
The service at the Hada restaurant was very nice I think our server's name was Yoleika. I highly recommend this hotel.

Overall excelent experience. I always choose a Loft for work. This time my room had a stain on carpet but it was manageable.

The place was really clean and well decorated. Staff was very friendly.
The bar was closed through a whole Saturday. There was nothing to do at the hotel at night. It was saturday at 8pm and all the lights in the entertainment area were off. We wanted to get some drinks in the pool and it was not possible.Also the toilet paper was almost finished when the cleaning lady went to clean our room and it was not replaced, so we ended up without toilet paper in the middle of the night.

Super clean, staff was wonderful. Shower was huge, plenty of towels and tons of hot water ! Enjoyed our stay in Panama :-)

Hotel was lovely. Pool was awesome! An infinity pool! We stayed in a smaller suite and was great so the kids could go play in the living room while we slept in. Or we could stay up later while they went to bed.
The bar was not open every night. Neither was there a restaurant... Had to leave to get food/drinks most nights. Also wish the water could get hotter in the shower

when we arrived, they could not find the booking reservation. Then they charged me more than it says in booking, but after they returned the money.
also we requested for extra towels as we were 4 in the room, and it took forever to received the towels, we called several times and even go to the reception to ask directly.
