Hotel Kyriad offers a stellar experience, especially for those in transit. It’s the perfect place for a restful stay. The staff is commendable, with Guilain standing out for his exceptional friendliness and assistance. To top it all off, the breakfast is fantastic. Highly recommended!

Very convenient location

room allocated was still not cleaned upon arrival at 5pm, we returned to reception to get a swap which was fine. Bathroom was not what I would call fresh and clean, sink so small that every time you put the tap on you get soaked. The main issue was that on the Sunday night around 2am we were awoken to a lot of shouting and threatening behaviour taking place outside the hotel which went on for at least an hour, no member of staff seemed to deal with it. The Gendarmerie finally turned up a couple of hours after and it settled. When we tried to discuss the issue with reception the next morning we were told she does not speak English and couldn’t help.

It was located in nature and had nice restorants and supermarkets nearby

There was no internet . It was difficult to communicate with the staff because almost none spoke English . The room was really small.

Easy check in, easy to find and plenty of parking. Very clean, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Restaurant on site but also really close to boulangerie, restaurants and take away places.

Rubbish allowed to overflow bin in car park and not cleared up over our two night stay

it was very hot and there is no air conditioner in the room

THE HOTEL DID NOT WELCOME US AND THEY THREW US OUT FOR NO REASON. THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE IS A RACIST. WE STAYED OUTSIDE IN THE RAIN, AT MIDNIGHT. THE REASON GIVEN IS THAT WE ARRIVED LATE AT NIGHT WHILE WE WARNED AND OUR HOTEL WAS WELL CONFIRMED. I AM WAITING FOR OUR INDEMNIFICATION.

It was easy access from main motorway and have amenities round it if u needed food etc.
