La chambre était spacieuse, agréable et très propre. La literie était très confortable. Le personnel est vraiment très sympa et à l’écoute. Un grand merci à Yves qui nous a accueilli le soir et qui a été si gentil et efficace ! La situation géographique de l’hôtel est parfaite et le parking juste à côté de l’hôtel idéal.

Il faisait peut être un peu froid dans la chambre, mais une fois la Clim réglée plus de problème. Il manque un pan de porte à la douche, ça n’empêche pas de se doucher mais c’est surprenant ☺️

The staff were very nice and responsive. The bed was comfortable.

No soundproofing! I could hear the other rooms very easily. I could not sleep well since my neighboring room was opening and closing his/her door at night frequently and it had a very loud noise. I could feel like the guy was entering my room! I guess the walls were made of paper since I could hear everything in the neighboring room. In addition, the bathroom was not very clean. The edges of the walls were not cleaned properly, although it was not important for me. The last point, there was no refrigerator in the room to store food or cold drinks. Having a small fridge is always nice, isn't it?

Inrit via parking moeilijk gevonden, eerst voorbijgereden, dan gebeld naar receptie, zeer vriendelijk onthaal.

Arrivée tardive ou quand on veut, petit déjeuner avec amplitude horaire assez large, chambre propre et literie confortable, pas de bruits, personnel très agréable et souriant

Petit déjeuner un peu trop simple et peu de choix pour un prix assez élevé , nuit un peu chère, manque peu être eau ou bouilloire pour café et/ou thé dans les chambres.

Le personnel très présent et gentil. La literie super confortable. Le petit déjeuner avec des produits locaux.

Le grand rideau de la fenêtre qui est comme des arbres d’une forêt hantée hihi. La taille de la salle petit déjeuner très petit pour le nombre de personnes.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. At checkin I asked for a bigger room and they provided one for 3 people at the same price the bookings.com had overcharged.

This is not a 3 star hotel. B and B is just Bed and bath. I paid for breakfast at 8.5 €. you had to pay ahead for breakfast. I would not pay for the breakfast you are better off in the city center. The bare floors, starkness of the rooms and the lack of amenities. Location was just ok. Due to the holidays several near by restaurants were closed. It is close to Lille University Scientific campus. Use Uber or Bolt. The cab we used to get our luggage to campus near by charged for his time to come from Lille €20. By Uber €10. The price of the hotel was high! Had I booked in France the price was 65€ instead of the $100 US that booking.com. With current strength of the dollar this is unacceptable. I will not use booking.com in the future.
