Very wonderful resort close to the airport far away from any traffic and city noise, pool villa was amazing, staff were helpful and kind. Very useful amenities were provided for my infant like shampoos, bathtub, sterilizer and bottle heater. The GYM was amazing alongside yoga and other activities. House keeping were on top of their job, they came to the villa twice a day without asking which was nice. Kids friendly resort with many activities for kids and kids corner in the breakfast buffet.
You need a ask for club car to go to almost anywhere in the resort which was complementary anyways

Breakfast was outstanding as were the staff. Beach was good however the beds were very close with fewer people in the hotel. Pool was wonderful great temperature..the rooms were very clean and well appointed

One of the most amazing hotels in Phuket. A truly 5-star hotel with exceptional facilities, services and amenities - especially the spa. Definitely recommend it compared to other 5-star hotels in Phuket.
The beach in front of the hotel is not the best, but there’s a massive pool right next to it. The staff felt a bit distant and less warm than other hotels in Phuket but maybe this is the direction

The reception, the beauty of the location and the breakfast were fantastic. The staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. The facilities were excellent and there was a lot to do, water sports, gym and pools.
I really can't fault this place, every attention to detail was well thought out and it was all so beautiful. The lighting might have been a bit better in the room, but it didn't put us out.

Amaizing villas with pools, great staf, and oh my god the breakfast... also its not to close or to far from anything. Beach could be nicer, but you can find a good one with a 10 min taxi ride

Stunning location with fantastic facilities. Lots to do even on a rainy weather day and staff were lovely.
Zuma restaurant (a pop up during our stay) didn’t have a family friendly vibe but great for friends or a couple perhaps.

Great location, staff and food were very good. Villa was spacious and very nice!! Loved the pool and outdoor shower!!
I thought the price paid for 6 nights was rather on the very high end. I understand it's the best season to visit Phuket but still the amount paid for the villa was high. Also, suggest to renovate the pool deck. The wooden planks look old.

The location was breathtaking! The rooms are nestled in the middle of thick wooded hills overlooking the sea. The rooms were large and opened to a deck with a view.

Rooms clean, good views, comfortable bed and good showers. Generally excellent service.
Not a swimming beach and the kids meals were a joke (charge a lot and gave measly quantity of awful food). The last point turned us off. Cocktails are small and weak.
