It's a modern hotel with good amenities. Room was clean and comfortable. I had a great view of the city. The staff were very welcoming. One nice thing about the hotel is the wonderful lemongrass scent that greets you upon arriving at the lobby.

The breakfast was more for local taste. The fact that there was a large convention happening at the time made it a poor experience. The hotel should have arranged for a separate dining section for them.

The hotel was very comfortable. Best Indonesian breakfast we have ever had. Rooms lovely and clean. Nice pool. Excellent value. Close to Stasion Gubeng for early morning train departure.

Nothing to complain about, except the are 3 Hotel Santikas in Surabaya, and a taxi took us to the wrong one after a shopping trip 🤣

The view is nice and the room is quite big. Also breakfast had a big variety for every diet.

They didn't have the room type I've booked so got another room in front of the elevator. The bathroom is quite outdated and needs refurbishment.

Huge room (on the corner) and great bed/bathroom. Breakfast was great, a lot of choices and also freshly made on the spot. Everything was clean and nice. Lovely staff as well.

Good location and nice entrance. Rooms were very clean and no noise from outside (no street or mosk noises). Staff were very friendly and also helped out where they could! Compared to other Hotel Santika locations, this was the best!

Breakfast is until 10, but we came at 9:15 and half was gone and not restocking. They also started to clean up at 9:45. The hotel is big and 22 floors operating on only 2 small elevators. So keep in mind long waiting times. Also the pool area looked kind of sad and no room for sunlight.

The breakfast has a lot of choices and it changes every day. The room was clean and comfy with a nice view of the city.

Location is ideal for Gubeng train station.

Room and hallway looked like a faded picture of an 80s hotel. Contrast with the beautiful lobby could not be bigger. Furthermore, the room smelled like it used to be a smoking room, and the bathroom stank of drainage. Worst of all, the windows did not insulate at all - even on 17th floor all traffic could be heard, and the music bar nearby kept me up well past midnight on both nights.

Breakfast had a huge selection but all of it was below average. They don't know how to keep food hot and fresh. Scrambled eggs cooked and left to get cold , instead of made to order like most places. Cold hard chewy waffles. They could have had a better selection of fresh fruit instead of the same three things every day.

The room was clean including the sheets. Breakfast menus are also vary and delicious
