Comfortable beds. Decent room with AC. Nice 2 pools which are often cleaned. Good breakfast which is included in the price. Helpful staff (mostly communicates only in Spanish) but is unable to advice much on activities.

Especially the bathrooms are really dated, changed room 3 times due to several problems (bad odour, disfunctional ventilation, leaking tap). Showers without hot water. Can be quite noisy (at night) especially during weekends. Poor wifi in rooms. Expensive for what you get.

Breakfast was included in our stay and we ate it both mornings. It was the typical El Salvadorian breakfast, which I love, and they delivered it up to our room each day!

The property goes pretty vertical and all though it was not a total deal breaker walking up the steep hill to our room was a bit of a hike.

This place is great. It’s a rather larger complex with several different units, each with its own feel. We were a short walk up towards the back of the property and it was perfect. They have two pools, and many different areas to relax. We enjoyed the table and hammocks right outside our spot. It’s like a village here. After I booked, one in the group noticed some bad reviews from 2018/19- there was nothing bad about our trip. The staff was great and professional. It really was like a resort, every morning staff cleaned, swept, mopped all the areas. Top notch stay.

Poor internet, my room was on the edge of the property and ithe signal wouldn't reach. Bed much too hard, made me sore.

Nothing

Loud music/people throughout the night/early morning and there were sounds of a woman screaming in a room next to me like she was being attacked/harmed.

The traditional breakfast was bomb. I love the fresh cream they serve with it. It was like heaven. Then the place out door was like wooho. It had so many coconut trees and it had like two pools. It made the vibe so relaxing for me.

There was a tiny little thing that I didn’t like which was that I did get any soap for the shower but that’s it.

I liked its spaciousness and tranquility

The neighbors were a little loud around midnight, we would have appreciated having the option of choosing a quieter area y the hotel.

The shower wasnt clean, was a lot of hair in the drain.

The rest of the room was very clean
