The location is great, very close to the main locations! We had everything we need in the appartment. Sunny, warm and cozy! Christina was very kind and helpful!

The lift is very small, we were with baby, it was impossible to put the baby with the stroller in. Also the baby cot we've got was not in good condition and the blankets for baby were with stains.

The room was clean.

The bed of the appartment was at 1 meter of a very noise and crowded street. It was realy impposible to slepp ! I wanted to change the room, but the host did not respond to my request. Communication with the host was impossible and I was not given details about the check out procedure. The location next to a very noisy street was not mentioned in the description of the apartment. The checking procedure takes you all over the city. Such an apartment should not be rented to tourists on Booking.com !

Es bastante cómodo.

Once keys were retrieved everything worked well. The apartment is well appointed has everything you would need and aircon and wifi work swimmingly so and is very well situated within walking distance of all the attractions and plaza Merced.

Pack the earplugs! that central location and convenience means it is also a main street for traffic and revellers alike.

The location was excellent and we loved sitting on the tiny balcony and people watching.

Getting the keys was not really the problem. There was confusion about paying a deposit. I had fully paid for our stay but on the day of our arrival I was told about paying for the deposit and they didn't take discover card and we were stuck at the airport trying to figure it all out before we could head to our place. Also, it would be nice to have a small amount of laundry detergent as we had to buy a big bottle to do one load of wash

Good location close to everything.

The noise at night. Apartment was at an intersection where revellers seemed to pass or congregate at all hours. In addition we had trucks and fine young people sharing their car stereos at 3am.

I was not satisfied with I was not satisfied with the accommodation in Malaga. It was not right from the start when we visited the office, where I was given the wrong information. The person behind the desk made a mark on a plan, where we had to go, and this was clearly in a different place, so we walked around for more than 2 hours to finally find it. The street was still just visible at the top of the map. And then, the accommadation, it was level floor at the front. So our bed was only a few meters from the street, where day and night many autos drive non stop,with the result that I couldn't sleep at all. The accommodation was fine in terms of location and furnishing. I think that people who book this should be aware of this,!!!! So I was definitely not a satisfied customer. in Malaga. Secure and close to restaurants and bars.

The place was really nice. The apartment was clean and even bigger than we expected. It was everything that we needed (kitchen tools, a hairdryer, iron, towels, etc.). The location was amazing - in the center. The personnel was very helpful too, especially our contact person Michael - answered fast to all my smallest questions 😅 ordered a taxi from and to the airport. If I'm going back to Malaga then definitely going to choose the same place😊

It was a great location if you're prepared not to get any sleep for the whole vacation. Clubbers all night until the roadworks started at 6am! That continued all day until the racket started again... The bottle bank and rubbish bank practically outside added to the incessant noise. We have never experienced anything like it. We thought the staff were great, the apartment adequate and clean. Should it be pitched for younger people who knows? The man in the apartment upstairs was so distraught with the noise he was pacing the floor practically all night too! I feel bad writing this as I book everything with booking.com. the company were very professional and perhaps we should have opted to outside of Malaga!

Stylish and comfortable with large windows and small balcony. Close to all amenities, museums and Alcazaba! Would definitely recommend!

Quite noisy in the night with lots of people partying out in the streets till 4am.

Good location in downtown. Parking at the university was a challenge but not impossible.

Minimally equipped. The WiFi worked hectic - rather did not work. We were not able to close some of the windows/blinds.

Appartement very clean and equipped with all necessities specially air conditioner, near the historic center of Malaga, H2M agency offer a great service and its agents are all very helpful and professional, I'll definitely book again whenever I am back in Malaga.

The apartment was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed on our stay. The location was great, a supermarket is right outside and very close distance to all the bars/restaurants in the city. The hosts were easy to contact in case of any issues and very helpful.

The process of check in and payment before arriving to Malaga was a bit difficult and tedious using the hosts website. We had some issues with it which were frustrating but did get resolved quite quickly from the hosts.

There was very much and challenging communication priori the visit. The payment system and the contract signing / check-in was very time consuming and unpleasant.

Amazing location. Very clean. Good facilities.

Air con was not very good. Properly owners did not contact us regarding key collection til very late which was quite concerning. But this was sorted in the end.

they have a terrible customer service. the staff gave us a wrong apartment number and building. after 20 phone calls and about 1 hour then they gave us the right apartment info. we were sitting on a wrong building stairs in a hot smelly location for one hour and then one of their staff answered a phone call.

Central location, AC, good amenities.l, and a lift

We didn't know they had 4 apartments - one without a balcony and we got the one without a balcony. There was a lift but it is absolutely tiny. The company did WhatsApp to ask if there was anything they could do - I asked for some extra towels and they didn't provide any, nor did they reply to the message.

The apartment is spacious and clean, got the essentials, air conditioner is a must in this weather. Picking up keys from office is straight forward and it's quite easy to find our way to the apartment. Customer service is really good, receptionist is friendly and helpful. Bed is comfortable. Checking out process was easy. Location is good.

There's a lift to our apartment, but the lift would only fit 2 people maximum and need a big squeeze in if you have backpacks like us. Probably need another trip if you brought a lot with you. but having a lift is better than climbing the stairs. Only bedside lamps in the bedroom which is quite unusual. Washing liquid is provided but no sponge and no hand wash liquid/soap (we just used the shower gel provided)
