long wait times in the restaurant, not very sound proof in the rooms. No tea/coffee facilities in room & restaurants not open until 8/30ish am.

Great location in the centre of the beach, with a lovely friendly atmosphere. All the guests seemed to know each other and all regular visitors.

Some of the staff were unfriendly.

Lovely spacious room with a balcony. Beach is just minutes away. Staff were lovely and so helpful.

the resort is small but perfectly formed. It creatively ticks all the boxes that you could want from a hotel without overkill. the site is safe and friendly. I found the place to be great as a pass through. we spent 5 days here, you wouldn't want more than that. the atmosphere on the beach side is friendly and there is always something going on. I found the big breakfasts to be that but overall the pricing was high for the food and the drink, there are alternatives very close by that are more fine dining or street food but for me either end would represent move value for money. The staff were really professional and friendly so I cant complain. the resort was being tended to constantly and was clean in my opinion, wherever we went. I would stay here again if I was passing through Negril again. Met people from all over the world here that was pretty special, from Brazilian to Chinese

Value for money on food and drinks

I like the rooms. The rooms are simple and clean. I like being on the beach side but rooms on the garden side are bigger. The beds were comfortable and basics like soap were provided. The soap smelled wonderful.

I do wish they had television in the rooms. I would like help with the bags at check in when staying on the beach side. The office is across the street and the street is very busy. We had to take our own bags across the street.

Staff was amazing! Bartender deserved 3 tips, the security was friendly, the breakfast was delicious, and the beach setting was the best! I can’t remember the gentleman’s name that took my bag to my room but THANK YOU! He was friendly and checked on me and my stay whenever I seen him.

Room did not get cleaned and the bathroom had a rusty tissue holder. Not a deal breaker since I only stayed 2 days and the holder did not effect the tissue in any way.

the property was very well kept; the beach was nice & inviting; perfect view & location to different things going on around the area; the staff was super friendly & inviting. A/C & wifi worked great

I didn’t like that housekeeping didn’t come by while we stayed there; trash cans in room or super small so trash pickups were needed

was looking for a cheap, clean, place to stay for two nights to attend a wedding. Price matches experience. The restaurant had the best food!

The employees were very polite. I enjoyed the atmosphere and just the vibes of the place, quiet but not dead. It was clean. Pricing is affordable, drinks well made. Not too overcrowded.

I didn't like that the place was split into different sections. The beach side and the the pool side which was across the road. Parking is only available on the pool side (which is also where you check in) so it's a hassle to have to cross the road to use the pool or go elsewhere/ get something from the car. However, at night the security gaurd does help you cross the road. The room had no ceiling light but enough lamps to brighten the place

Restaurant staff tried to be friendly, but not worked. But they tried. Bar guy super rude Lifeguard tried to harassed me when I asked where are the beach umbrella. Started talking loud, saying that was not his job to drill the sand and put the umbrella So I replied that I didn't asked him to do it, and I could did by myself. Tried to touch me so I raised my voice also. It was definitely the worst, so I reported to front desk lady. All other days the guy was there and again tried to intimidate me and my family. Be aware with him but do not let him intimidate you! Hustlers and prostitutes walking around the umbrella area, so be aware of your belongings.

I liked the one bedroom apartment the beach is very beautiful The breakfast was lovely the staff was very friendly I would like to take the time to say 'thanks' to the lady security guard at beachside she was always polite and helpful. Also to the gentleman in the green shirt that take our stuff to the apartment

No car park on the beachside apartment. We had to parked at Gardenside and walk to beachside
