Front desk Nastasha was very friendly and professional. The bar guys Damien and DelRoy are the best on 7 mile beach. Tracy in the dining room and Duran are hard workers. I will be back very soon. The place is very clean. I have no mosquitoes bites. The hotel grounds are kept so clean.

the property is on two sides of the road. we were on the non beach side and service was non existent.

The property has 2 sides the garden and beach area. I loved the Garden side with all the lush plants .. it’s so refreshing. The rooms are modern , minimal and CLEAN! The restaurant had a variety of dishes, and drinks! The beach area was clean! The staff were pleasant and professional! I recommend Rondel Village!

Well I would say offer tea kettles in rooms!

The staff was fantastic, the food was great, the beach is always beautiful and I really noticed how some other guests know each other from years past and pre-book their next times!

Beautifully appointed and arranged. Right across the street from the beach. Each room had a balcony. Lovely landscaping. Beach loungers. Romantic restaurant.

This was our second time at this resort. We stayed there last year also and it was awesome. The staff were incredible, they go above and beyond to make your stay memorable.

I stayed in the Seagrape room. The air conditioner works great (couldn't figure how to work it so we almost froze into I found the extra blankets). Since we are night owls, we loved that breakfast was happening until 11a. Delroy is a great bartender! Can't wait to come back! Tried the bacon wrapped it was diff but delicious and for normalcy the chicken spring rolls were good as well. If you bring the kids adventure park is down the street and a club called The Jungle that can be accessed from the beach. I also like the on-site taxi service. You also have the option of the pool, jacuzzi, or beach!

The shower pressure is weak and could be fixed.

We stayed across the road. It was very quiet and I liked the Jacuzzi.

I should have been informed before that if I used a booking agency breakfast was not included in the package. The restaurant service was very poor. We waited one hour to be served dinner that was not very tasty.

Everything from staff, food, location, owner was excellent.

Rondel Village was everything it said it would be. Staff so friendly, rooms clean. I will be recommending Rondel Village to my friends and family and I will definitely stay there again.

Cleanliness, location, staff, safety & food were exceptional

Had no idea that breakfast was free only if you booked through the hotel. This was very disappointing as it was advises as such. And even after speaking to the front desk before booking,no advise was given.

The service could be better.

Staff was amazing. Tended to all our needs. Covid testing on sight. Resturant is yummy. Rooms are spacious and have great large balcony in the center of 7 mile beach in negril

The location was great with beautiful scenery, the staff were friendly and attentive, house keeping done daily and just relaxing on the beach was everything.

The food portions at the restaurant was really small for the price
