It was quiet and the location was good - I didn't want town and was not too far from airport.
Supermarket within walking distance
Beds need replacing and need a hairdryer in the room - or at least be offered one at reception on check-in. Reception closed by the time I discovered not one and leaving early so I could not borrow one. or put a sign up in reception - please ask etc etc.
Everything is dated but priced accordingly

pool was a big let down. Summer, hot, yet pool was filthy in that it was cloudy and slimy, clearly had not been attended to in quite some time.

Central location. Easy check in and check out. Lots of beds to accommodate a large family in an emergency. Quiet guests. Lots of tv channels.
Booking.com stated that a portacot was included at no extra cost. The manager charged us $10 extra on arrival. It was misleading. The spa did not work. The pool was tiny and slimy looking. The pillows were super high and uncomfortable.

CHECKIN - To be greeted immediately with "Hello Jennifer how are you" was a great start. Very friendly and helpful staff.
PARKING - FREE parking in any available space. No undercover parking available.
FLOORS - 2
ROOM - accessible by stairs and was extremely clean and comfortable with Aircon. Walking in you smelt a lovely clean fresh smell. Huge room with a lounge chair to the side.
SHOWER - good pressure, lots of hot water, a soap holder and had a glass panel and shower curtain, with a wall of tiles stopping the water from going all over the bathroom floor. A very decent size.
LOCATION - Opposite the Golf Club where we had a very nice Dinner.

Opposite Golf Club which has a nice restaurant, but it's not open every night.
Good value for money.
Exhaust fan going all night because it's linked to 4 other rooms, for some strange reason, & someone in the chain of 4 must've left their bathroom light on all night, in spite of signs asking you not to do so.
Bed too hard for me but my husband didn't mind it.
Wanted to order breakfast there but only 1 type of bread available out of the 3 listed & the cereal that we wanted from the list was also not available. Not great to offer breakfast & then tell guests half the things on the list aren't there.
Location a bit noisy on a roundabout. Quietened down later in the night.
