The room was lovely, clean and comfortable.
At 4 or 5 am the people in the room above us were walking back & forth for over an hour which woke us up so did t get a very good rest.

Spa bath, comfortable beds, clean and helpful front desk staff.
Paid $150 for my meal for room service and it arrived cold and they had given me a pasta dish instead of chips. I rang to ask if I could have my chips sent to the room, by the time they had arrived the rest of my meal had gone stone cold! Then the room service attendant asked me to give her the pasta dish back. Yes I did not order it, but considering I had received my meal cold and then had to wait again for the chips which caused my meal to be even colder. Good customer service would of been to offer the pasta dish or at least not charge for the chips. They would of thrown it away anyway and wasted it.

The hotel room was as expected however the reception team went beyond with sorting a minor issue. Thankyou Michael. I will add, the restaurant is the drawcard for me. After a long day driving, great food and a smooth red ends the day nicely.

Clean and comfortable, super friendly staff, beautifully decorated and includes all the amenities. The restaurant had very delicious food (we had dinner and breakfast).
Didn't really bother us but we were on the second floor and there's no elevator so had to carry our pram up as baby was sleeping. More of a note than a negative.

Stunning (newly refurb) rooms with gorgeous decor and furnishings. Felt like we were in the 4 seasons of the west! Immaculately clean too. The only place we will ever stay in Tamworth. Our family Has stayed here half a dozen times now - and will never stay anywhere else in Tamworth. Gorgeous super friendly professional staff too.
