Beutiful location really enjoyed stay will be back agaim if minor hiccups are sorted out

No t.v for the whole stay approched the house keeper but he said the anttena was broken this should of been fixed before we arrived and only had heating and hot water for 1 night untill I found out how to start the oil heating up .. minor hiccups that need sorting our

TV did not work. No dishwasher as advertised. Only one dish towel, we could have taken our own but advertised as having towels and linen. Shaver light did not work. Radio did not work. Garden unkept and untidy with broken fencing lying around.

excellent location, a very simple cottage, everything within walking distance. extremely quiet area at night.

No hot water for 5 out of 6 days.

Great location, quiet and easy access to Caledonian canal for walking and Loch Ness for boat trips. Enough bars and eateries for a few days.

Payment taken at time of booking and no chance of refund if you have to cancel , also found it difficult to change dates.

Property was dirty Used covid mask tissues, crisps etc under sofa cushions Dead crystallised bugs on carpet behind hall door and on living room carpet Bathroom needed cleaned all pink scum, and mouldy Had to bleach toilet Etc Had to hoover carpets were full of human and pet hair Pillows and pillow protectors all Yellow srained So disappointed in the cottage We would recommend or stay there again I contacted the lady named on the email And she didn't seem concerned or seem to care Tbh We have come awayvery disappointed in this break away First time booking with booking.com And we're not impressed

Location was amazing. Bed was VERY comfortable

Amazing location!!! Needs a bit of TLC but would definitely go back. One issue was that when the upstairs apartment had a bath or show, our shower would turn on and make a banging noise. There was no way of stopping this. Would have been nice if lawns had been mowed and weeding done. Bedroom radiator barely worked. Would have been nice if coal or logs were provided. Even enough coal for first night would have been really nice
